Great sofa! – We purchased our delta leather sofa about 15 months ago. Our previous sofa from a large competitor for a similar price was on the way out after 4 short years. It’s been a great purchase. We received great service in store, promptly delivered at the height of Covid, and they set it all up for us. Yes it’s firm which we prefer, but it was also in store - no difference that we noticed. We have two large dogs that jump all over it, and it still looks brand new. The ability to reconfigure to a bed is a great feature. Would definitely recommend and we plan on buying again from King.
