Very happy with the Delta III so far
I had initially tried to contact King Living with a simple query via their online form, but unfortunately was disappointed not to receive a response. However, I eventually decided to attend the ACT showroom and was very happy with the assistance provided by Osborne, his manager and the team in helping me choose the Delta III. They were very friendly and considerate, which I valued very much.
Marcel at the warehouse was very kind in helping me source cushions and finalise my order for delivery and to keep me updated.
Finally, Gary and his coll...eague were very efficient in delivering the sofa set on time and again were very professional and friendly. While it is early, so far I'm very happy with my purchase of the Delta III chaise lounge with armchair. The fabric appears to be of high quality and the sofa appears to be well made. Yes, there is a new smell and the sofa might appear quite firm at first, but buyers should be patient and expect the sofa to wear in over time.
I had high hopes for this modular sofa. It looked great in the showroom. But it arrived with insufficient instructions that didn't tell me how to reconfigure it. I spent ages on the phone to King Living to get put through to someone who could explain it to me. The ability to reconfigure the couch is very clever, but it is a pretty big palaver to do so. The process is fiddly and the units are HEAVY and need two people to move them into place. I also find the seats quite shallow and not particular comfortable to sit on for extended periods. ...The kids don't mind, but they tend to lie on them. Guests have said it's comfy to sleep on. I paid extra to have stain prevention treatment, but this was useless with the one tiny bit of ballpoint that got on the couch and won't shift. For the significant $$$ I paid this couch is a disappointment and far from easy to quickly convert to a bed. I would not buy one again.

Exemplary After Care Service
King Livings aftercare service was exemplary after having Joe attend to a minor mark on the lounge after delivery. Timely, polite and nothing was too much trouble to show me again the alternative ways of using this fantastic modular lounge. Truly benefited from his knowledge and experience. Demonstrated all the key benefits and rectified fittings where just minor detail could be improved. What an amazing representative for the name of the company. Would have no hesitation in recommending King Furniture or Joe to attend to your needs! Have lived up to their promise! Thank you again.
Horrible service - toxic couch
Recently bought a delta III and have experienced nothing but pain. The couch arrived and without knowing or asking we had paid for a premium delivery (which we were unable to use due to restrictive times offered). It was easy to put together, and then we noticed an odd smell. At first put it down to new leather, however after a month the smell is unbearable. It is currently covered in sheets and towels so that we can somewhat sit on it.
