Ordered a Delta III January 2022 and took delivery April 2022 - earlier this year when trying to reconfigure the lounge for the first time since it was delivered I noticed that the support brackets that hold one of the lounges together had rusted - I contacted King and they promptly sent out 6 brackets to replace those and I was told I would also… Read more
be supplied fabric covers for these and that they were just a temp solution. When pulling apart the rest of the lounge I found that every single delta lounge bracket for both the back rests and the arm rests had rusted causing rust marks all over the lounges. I sent photos of the additional rusted brackets on the 2nd of March and was advised via email that these were not covered under warranty and that what had been supplied was as a goodwill gesture as our lounge is out of the warranty period, in addition I was also advised that King will not pay to have the lounges cleaned. Clearly they didn't rust overnight this is a manufacturing fault that apparently given the lounge is three years old is outside of the warranty period ?!? After many emails to King that have not been responded to I phoned today and was advised that the brackets will be sent out and I should receive them within a week. I am now left waiting for new brackets to hopefully be supplied and at my cost try to remove the rust stains from the fabric. Very disappointed to say the least, KING should be more transparent with what their warranty actually is as I wouldn't have spent this much money on a lounge that comes with less warranty than Kmart!
I would give a zero if I could. Don't use this company. Terrible customer service, dreadful quality of materials- glue peels off "the steel frame"- rendering the foam loose and gaping. store - no difference that we noticed. We have two large dogs that jump all over it, and it still looks brand new. The ability to reconfigure to a bed is a great feature. Would definitely recommend and we plan on buying again from King.
King Delta 3 – We previously had a Delta 2. It was comfortable for a long time until the legs broke/ fabric wore. We decided to get a Delta 3 which we’ve had 6 months. Something has changed. springs are no longer the same. The Delta 3 does not sit well and it It is so strange as we had both Delta 2 and 3 storage sofas so they should be identical. Version 2 was firm and comfortable but version 3 Delta is very soft. Family is complaining of sore backs sitting on Delta 3. The sofa back is comfortable but the seats are extremely soft and they don’t support as quality sprung seats should. Disappointed. We’ve just had a King representative here to look at the sofa and he claims Delta 2 and 3 are the same. We definitely do not agree - the quality has changed noticeably and Delta 3 is not as comfortable.

leather making a noise but all my family members and many visitors believed it was definitely more a manufacturing default and not a leather rubbing noise. I contacted King Living in May. After several emails and phone calls the company failed to contact me. However they out sourced out a ‘technician’ who is employed by another company ‘ Leather Doctors’ to contact me to arrange a time to look at the sofa. He was genuinely interested in helping me resolve the issue, however he was perplexed as to what was causing the noise and admitted that he wasn’t sure. He did seem to think the leather covers were slightly off template when they were made and therefore could be rubbing and causing a noise when up against the steel mechanism pin that holds the top sofa cushions on. I felt he was scrambling for a cause to write in his report. I had my reservations as to weather this would actually resolve the problem. The company went ahead and ordered new covers regardless. In November he finally arrived to fit the new covers, and low and behold the squeak still remained. I have not heard from the company and have called and emailed asking what was the next step and to request a refund as I believe the sofa is faulty and I still have not had a response. So it has been close to a year since ordering the sofas, and the problem still not resolved. I strongly recommend NOT to order through this company or purchase the delta sofa. I have never written one of these reviews before as I’m not that way inclined. However, I spent a large amount of money on what I thought was going to be an excellent quality sofa, and what I thought was a trusted company. I was very wrong. I’ve been left with a very loud squeaky sofa.

Great service from Fariz & Trent! – Really friendly and punctual. Quick and efficient with their service and cleaned up after, which is something most contractors don’t do. Helpful and gave good advise on maintenance and keeping it clean.

Unbelievable delivery service – Sam and Steve provided an amazing delivery service which compliments the high end couch. They kind, helpful and prompt. They took extra care during the installation process and ensured that we were completely educated on the functionality of couch. The lounge is worth every cent. Comfy, modular and very stylish.
The Best!! – One hour with our new Delta II and we’re already in love. Steve and Sam were quick and efficient and the Install was a breeze. We can’t wait to try it out.

Not as comfy as my old sofa – I had my 3 seater sofa made up in Prestige Tan and it looks amazing. The leather is beautiful and easy to maintain. Unfortunately it just isn’t as comfortable as my old sofa which I had for 15 years. The seat is not deep enough and too bouncy and the back cushions feel like I’m being pushed forwards . I just can’t sink into it to watch TV or read like I could with my old sofa. My husband and I constantly struggle to get comfortable on this sofa. Show details

The delivery was seamless, Sam the delivery person arrived on time and took care of assembling, asked me where and how I want it and walked me through it and cleaned up and removed all the packaging. I didn't need to worry about anything. Thank you Sam and his team!!!
The couch is perfect - not too hard or soft. The fabric colour is beautiful (Byron Blush). I have to give them 5 stars...and there is really nothing I can fault them. What's left to do? Marcel at the warehouse was very kind in helping me source cushions and finalise my order for delivery and to keep me updated.
Finally, Gary and his colleague were very efficient in delivering the sofa set on time and again were very professional and friendly.
While it is early, so far I'm very happy with my purchase of the Delta III chaise lounge with armchair. The fabric appears to be of high quality and the sofa appears to be well made.
Yes, there is a new smell and the sofa might appear quite firm at first, but buyers should be patient and expect the sofa to wear in over time.

Disappointed – I had high hopes for this modular sofa. It looked great in the showroom. But it arrived with insufficient instructions that didn't tell me how to reconfigure it. to do so. The process is fiddly and the units are HEAVY and need two people to move them into place. I also find the seats quite shallow and not particular comfortable to sit on for extended periods. The kids don't mind, but they tend to lie on them. Guests have said it's comfy to sleep on. I paid extra to have stain prevention treatment, but this was useless with the one tiny bit of ballpoint that got on the couch and won't shift. For the significant $$$ I paid this couch is a disappointment and far from easy to quickly convert to a bed. I would not buy one again.

Horrible service - toxic couch – Recently bought a delta III and have experienced nothing but pain. The couch arrived and without knowing or asking we had paid for a premium delivery (which we were unable to use due to restrictive times offered). unbearable. It is currently covered in sheets and towels so that we can somewhat sit on it.
Called King and was put on hold for 30 minutes finally I called back and told “oh yeah the customer service doesn’t work saturdays, call them Monday”. I left a voice message, no one returned. I called again and was told it should just air out. When I said that wasn’t good enough the answer was we will call you in 5 days to organise a technician. Still waiting for a solution! I would rather they take it away than put up with the smell. People come over and have commented on the smell.
One other issue was the wooden table attachment bubbled and has lump.
The couch is toxic and don’t recommend you buy.
