Excellent customer service and support – We are eagerly awaiting the delivery of our SDS sauna here in Tasmania. We spent around 3 months researching saunas and despite the extra costs of shipping to Tassie- are extremely glad we went with SDS. Susan was extremely knowledgeable about the product and quickly came to our rescue when we discovered our third party transporter had not come through with our goods!
