pin down a morning or afternoon block is difficult. I tried to find out arrival time the night before the visit and was told to phone the following morning after 8am. I phoned at 815am. I was told the technician may not have started so phone back after 8.30a. I phoned for the third time at 9.10am. After a 10 minute delay as the receptionist attempted to contact the technician while I was on hold, I was told that the technician is sick so reappoint after destroying my work day. No apology- that's our way. My advise- be careful with the service of Zip products as their service is disgraceful.

interest in helping customers and booking a service call is near impossible. They will try to sell you the subscription service which is an annual fee for maintenance but please do not buy into this. They will never attend to your tap. They try to push the subscription and will not provide a quote or fix your tap for a standalone one-off service call. Having said that, the product is amazing and I loved it before the tap broke down.

thats leaking from the tap its self ,i cant see any way of dissmantleing the tap head to check for dirt or disc problem, Tried every way to contact ZIP industries To get a replacement part NO way can i get to speak to them ...Tried the contact number on the unit ./the number on the google site ,the number suppied by reece plunbing and they are just hiding"DONT BUY IF YOU CANT GET IN TOUCH with them!!!because if yo need HELPit aint there. beleive me .

appears to be a systemic pattern of unethical conduct.
Despite purchasing a new HydroTap through Appliances Online with full installation included, I was later billed by Zip for a service call after they confirmed that the unit was installed incorrectly — by their own partner. They are now refusing to install a separate, fully paid unit at our business premises (Australian Bus & Truck Care) unless I pay this unrelated and unlawfully issued invoice.
This is not just poor service. It’s coercive, unfair, and breaches Australian Consumer Law.
What’s worse is that this is not the first time. My previous Zip system had the exact same fault, and Zip repeatedly charged me for repairs, replaced the same parts, and never disclosed that the underlying problem was their failure to install the required ventilation. Only now, with the new model, has that ventilation kit been included — and suddenly the machine works as intended.
Every person I’ve spoken with at Zip has followed the same script: ignore the facts, refuse accountability, and pressure the customer. It feels institutional.

To be honest, we love the ZIP paper cups – We have tried a few different suppliers, but to be honest, we love the ZIP paper cups. The ordering is easy, pricing is great and deliovery super quick.
