advised that it couldn’t be repaired and would need replacing, but we were repeatedly told we’d receive call-backs that never happened. After ongoing delays, we bought a replacement dishwasher (we opted for a different brand). The Technika service representative has collected the faulty unit, but we still have no resolution and are being refused reimbursement for the associated installation costs and the cost of the faulty product from Technika. Technika's after-sales service has been the worst that I've experienced, and the product was faulty. Avoid if you can!
