irresponsible attitude are deeply shameful. I am leaving this review out of pure anger at how they treat their customers to hide their own logistical failures.
I purchased the Growplay XL Pro along with several accessories, spending over $4,000 USD on May 14th as my twins’ birthday gift. When purchasing, the website stated that the items would either be delivered or fully shipped by May 30th. I explicitly placed this order based on that timeline to ensure everything would arrive in time for my twin' birthday schedule.
Since we live in Canada, we arranged delivery to a holding service near the US border, willingly preparing to pay $160 in holding fees and $720 in customs duties just to make our kids happy.
The customer service since then has been a complete nightmare, filled with contradictions and complete disregard for the customer's situation:
On June 16th, way past the promised May 30th timeline, NOT A SINGLE ONE of the 21 packages had processed. Because of this massive delay, my children's birthday schedule was completely ruined, and I had to cancel my first cross-border trip. When I inquired, customer support explicitly assured me: "I can assure you they will all leave the warehouse at once or delivered on 6/15."
On June 24th, shipping labels finally started generating one by one for the boxes. However, I noticed 4 major accessory items had zero updates. I had to reach out FIRST again to find out why. Only then did they casually reply: "we have been advised by the warehouse team that the pallet containing these items was unfortunately damaged in transit." They never proactively notified me about this shortage before unilaterally shipping the rest of the incomplete order.
On July 2nd, the 17 boxes (minus the 4 items) finally arrived at the border. Because package holding services charge heavy daily storage fees, I was forced to drive for hours to pick up the partial shipment to avoid massive storage fees accumulating until late July.
Despite splitting the shipment due to their own warehouse damage, they offered zero practical solutions. Given the nature of these 4 specific items (Ninja Sticks, Net, Basketball Kits, Sets)—which are made of highly durable materials and practically impossible to be easily damaged or broken—their excuse is completely unbelievable and feels like a cheap cover-up for a stock shortage. They unashamedly told me to just wait until the next container arrives around July 15th and "collect everything at once later," completely ignoring the reality that I am being forced to cross the international border twice.
They flatly refused to ship the remaining lightweight items directly to my Canadian address at their expense and refused any form of compensation, blaming "unforeseen circumstances." They told me to either wait weeks or just cancel the missing items.
Why would anyone spend over $4,000 if the main frame doesn't even come with the essential accessories (Ninja Net, Basketball set, etc.)? Seeing my kids so disappointed breaks my heart. Their birthday is ruined, their summer break has started, and my trust is completely broken.
If I lived in the US, I would have returned the entire unit instantly. This is no longer a happy gift for our family, regardless of product’s quality.
They really do not care about their customers or the children they sell to.

On top of that, the speaker randomly starts playing audio in a different language without pressing anything, which is confusing and a bit frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be any way to control or turn it off properly. Overall, it looks great but the poor battery performance and random speaker issues make it hard to recommend.

August/September 2025, and we are STILL trying to get our money back (around $500 - as at June 2026). They sent us a replacement motor, that didn't fix the problem - and now after MONTHS of trying to resolve the issue they have advised that as a "goodwill gesture" they will send us a free replacement battery IF WE PURCHASE a replacement charger!! It's only another $50, but WHY should we have to pay for replacing faulty parts (when they can't even say for certain that is what the issue is)!! Especially after dropping $500 on this piece of rubbish. After almost a year of being fobbed off by these people, we are now having to lodge a complaint with ACCC & Fair Trading for their unlawful response to the issues thus far. Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere!!!

transitioning from her cot to her “big girl bed”. Our purchase came after us looking literally everywhere for what we wanted. Time and time again during our exhaustive search, something just kept drawing us back to this particular bed frame. We already had a quality king single mattress from years ago which was still in very good condition so we just hoped that this would fit the frame, and indeed it does, perfectly.
The frame itself was priced at $579, considerably more than what we were anticipating spending, but it was the high delivery cost at just under $200 from Melbourne to regional NSW, that almost almost resulted in us walking away and not proceeding with this purchase. From what I understand, the shipping cost is determined by the weight of the product and given the frame is quite bulky, the total weight would have been considerable. Still, there no getting away from the fact that the shipping costs were excessive.
This made it almost an $800 bed which we really weren’t prepared to pay for a child under two. But after procrastinating for a few days we considered the longevity of the bed and something our granddaughter could use for years to come as she gets older. So we ordered the frame which only took a few days to arrive, carefully packed in three separate boxes.
So, .. are we happy with it, and the clear answer is YES, WE ARE. We honestly love this bed frame, and we now believe it was a good decision despite the cost. It was relatively straightforward for hubby to put together (thank heavens for instructions) and it was clear to us during the assembly process that it’s quite well made and of a good quality. Our granddaughter also loves it.
For us, it was a good purchase, but would I order from them again,…honestly, I’m not sure.

Things were good for the first year or two, and the kids had heaps of fun on it. But soon surface rust developed on the springs, and then the stitching started to rot causing some of the springs to become unattached, and finally the webbing disintegrated (turned to black powder), at which point the trampoline was not usable. We had expected a much, much longer life out of it. We still have another smaller trampoline that we bought second-hand. It is not used because that one got a hole in the mat when it was blown into something sharp during a storm, but other that the hole, all the springs and stitching and webbing is still okay, long after the newer Jump Star trampoline died.

over a month. I contacted them a few times to achieve some idea of delivery but was sent a link that said 3-5 working days but no tracking as goods hadn't been sent yet. Finally received a tracking over a month later. Was unable to contact them except via email and it kept offering me to order them again. Ordered two bikes and while one seemed to assemble reasonably okay, the other (exactly the same bike), one of the parts would not fit and impossible to do without heavy help with professionally tools so not possible for the average person to assemble. Not a great experience at all.

constantly impressed by their quick and helpful customer service, amazing prices, and wide range of stock. I've had figures come with missing or incorrect parts (manufactures fault) and after messaging about it, replacements are sent out eventually. The prices are cheaper almost every time than any Chinese or other retailer when compared. Packages are shipped out quickly and are packaged well with no memory of any box or figure being damaged by the retailer. I fully recommend buying from them if you collect any third party Transformers specifically and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

got the hit. I even asked if my thought process was correct and they agreed to sell packs. After purchasing they told me they open packs from random cartons. So they clearly sell packs, then keep the loaded packs from the box for themselves if no hits are made. I get why they do it but you cant lie to customers about it, especially when asked how many packs left in box and what hits have been found. Pretty sure their is laws around this behaviour. Apart from this they are selling packs for way above other seller prices, not illegal but immoral for sure. Casey's Toy's first, thence we were going to K mart, Target and Big 'W' if we didn't find anything. Kellie, a staff member asked us if she could help. We told her that we were looking for something for our great nephew, who is turning three, and he likes to pull things apart and put them back together again. Kellie said come with me and showed us this toy which had three different types of trucks with sixty one removable parts plus a battery operated drill. To cut a long story short we bought it which saved us a lot of time and stress. Our great nephew absolutely loved it.
