displaying a shipping fee so I reached out to customer service. They explained it was a glitch and they could forward me the invoice directly to remove the shipping cost. Whilst waiting, the large sets sold out. I reached out to them again and they explained more stock was arriving 15 July and they would reach out as soon as it arrived to ensure I received one. In the meantime, they directed me to pay for all the accessories and these were promptly shipped. The 15 July date then passed and I heard nothing so I yet again reached out to them and they said that the stock had, in fact, arrived but they'd had a flash sale over the weekend and they sold out. This was extremely confusing as they'd claimed one would be held for me. On 20 July I was directed to pay for my purchase in advance and promised it would be shipped. I waited 9 days and received no shipping notification so I emailed them AGAIN. This time they let me know there was a delay booking stock into their system (though they hadn't communicated this) and orders would commence dispatch the following day. I didn't actually receive notification that my order was being dispatched until over a week later on 6 August. The tracking info I was provided had delivery listed as due on 7 August. It's now 12 August and I've still received nothing and I've received no further communication or shipping updates. I've had a bunch of accessories sitting in boxes for several weeks and nothing to do with them. I am very concerned that I will not receive my actual set and the accessories will be useless. The lack of communication from customer service has been so disappointing.

child barely gets any playtime before it needs charging again. On top of that, the speaker randomly starts playing audio in a different language without pressing anything, which is confusing and a bit frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be any way to control or turn it off properly. Overall, it looks great but the poor battery performance and random speaker issues make it hard to recommend.

wasn’t in the couriers system. I contacted hipkids and they told me allied couldn’t possibly track their parcels as they receive so many. They would lodge an inquiry which would take up to five days. Five days later, nothing. On the 6th day, after my daughter’s birthday, I asked for an update. Nothing, except they are waiting for the courier to confirm it is lost in transit. Four weeks later they can’t confirm its lost in transit? Legally my contract was with hipkids not the courier service. All I know is they billed me well over 300 dollars, my daughter did not receive a bike for her birthday and they are flat out refusing to refund me.

constantly impressed by their quick and helpful customer service, amazing prices, and wide range of stock. I've had figures come with missing or incorrect parts (manufactures fault) and after messaging about it, replacements are sent out eventually. The prices are cheaper almost every time than any Chinese or other retailer when compared. Packages are shipped out quickly and are packaged well with no memory of any box or figure being damaged by the retailer. I fully recommend buying from them if you collect any third party Transformers specifically and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

got the hit. I even asked if my thought process was correct and they agreed to sell packs. After purchasing they told me they open packs from random cartons. So they clearly sell packs, then keep the loaded packs from the box for themselves if no hits are made. I get why they do it but you cant lie to customers about it, especially when asked how many packs left in box and what hits have been found. Pretty sure their is laws around this behaviour. Apart from this they are selling packs for way above other seller prices, not illegal but immoral for sure. Casey's Toy's first, thence we were going to K mart, Target and Big 'W' if we didn't find anything. Kellie, a staff member asked us if she could help. We told her that we were looking for something for our great nephew, who is turning three, and he likes to pull things apart and put them back together again. Kellie said come with me and showed us this toy which had three different types of trucks with sixty one removable parts plus a battery operated drill. To cut a long story short we bought it which saved us a lot of time and stress. Our great nephew absolutely loved it.
