The staff member had no answer when I advised of the multiple emails sent. What pathetic customer service. It seems that I will have to buy a new oven just to get one with a light.

Technika's after-sales service has been the worst that I've experienced, and the product was faulty. Avoid if you can!

Terrible oven. Even their own technician says it is standard for these ovens to take 20mins to 30mins to heat up...what!! I have never had an oven that takes this long. Wouldn't recommend. replacement part was very easy.

My only issue was to remove the old part. I first had to unscrew a couple screws from the inside of the oven, then move the whole oven off the wall and then undo the entire back panel to reach two other screws holding the heating element in order to replace it. It was a mission and a half to do it. The placement of those two screws behind the back panel makes no sense. It could have been designed so those screws are in the oven with the other screws.

Otherwise, my oven is back up and running again.

Don't buy – Don't buy them!!!!!! I have the cooktop and the wall oven with an air fryer in it So far the cooktop is still working even though as someone else said it needs resetting all the time The oven light exploded and blew the fuse and was repaired under warranty The oven has just been diagnosed with a new back element needed just out of warranty, 350 to replace so out to buy a new oven.

I have already informed carlisle homes that they should have no connect to this no care company. Anyone looking to install technika products, please don’t do. I am providing reference number 662086, so people in technika don’t claim it’s a fake review. I have attached a photo where our range hood is taken off for more than 4 weeks and techinka don’t even know it can be fixed this month.

hadn't cooked much/ used those burners much. I tried using all cleaning products to remove those stains, no luck. Within the next few weeks all burners become so stained. I reported this Technika customer support along with photographs. Unfortunately, the response was super slow. After waiting a week, I'd have few follow ups (3-4 weeks) to get a solution on this issue. During my follow ups ,I realized that no case was raised to address the issue. Whomever I spoke to from Technika, I received a standard response stating "we will look into this". Having said that I didn’t lose hope, as a result of multiple follow ups via phone calls/ email, finally a customer support officer responded to my request . I was told to share the pics again for their reference.

After sharing the pics, I was told to share a video showing the flames on to understand if there is any adjustment issue. A few days later, I received an email stating not a manufacturing fault , it's all standard. I was totally frustrated and reiterated to them that the product is less than 4 months old, I tried all cleaning options, apparently it raised a question on the quality of the product. The specialist replied stating we will review again , but came up with the same response. I am pretty sure, no further analysis would have been made on my request.

Totally disappointed and dejected with the way my request was handled on this matter and the discourteous responses received . I never imagined this type of approach and a terrible quality product from a reputable brand.

Update: Replacement Burner Skirts received from Technika. Thanks much for organizing this.

get back to Technika and I should wait for Technika to call me back. I waited for weeks no call from them and I have to call myself . This second time Technika sent another technician to me and the technician said he will try to fix it but his not guarantee that the oven door is going to last. I asked him what will be the solution and he said oven needs a complete new door. I waited for and waited for them to bring the complete door but to my surprise the technician did not come with any door. I have been calling for follow-up since last year and nothing has happened and to my surprise I called again today 9 of February 2024 and I was told that their technician said it's consumer error and I will have to pay for the repair like seriously this is new oven we are talking about.

Again, I wasn't contacted and had to call up today. Now I find out it's going to take another 7-21 business days. I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked for my case to be escalated and for them to contact me, which I was told they do not want to talk to me and I just have to wait. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Would definitely stay away from any technika products

Called customer service a few times and no one can give me a time frame on when this will be replaced. No sense of urgency. They will just tell you to wait for a call even though I have been waiting for months! Terrible experience! Never again.

powerful enough. It can spin only if you pushed it. And the price to repair it was $690 in total! We couldn’t believe such a new machine would be rubbish that fast! And now we had to waste effort and time to dispose it. That really sucks! Never buy Technika clothes dryer.

Would give less if we could – Dishwasher is a load of junk, needs cleaning out everytime, the seal on right hand side comes off everytime. Tried getting some thing done this morning and had to speak to Good guys who were supposed to call back, nothing happened. Tried calling back and phone just rang, and rang, gave up. charge us to fix it. They make a product that will only be workable for 2 years and after that you are on your own. Dryers should last at least 6 years before they break down. We had a Hoover dryer which lasted 30 years. DONT BUY TECHNIKA. Spend a bit more and get a German made brand.

it. I tried to tell the lady on the phone that it’s a specific LED combination flashing when the water is still in it. She wouldn’t listen and got angry, it clearly had an electrical fault. No one has called to schedule to come out. Have no dishwasher to use. This company needs to be shutdown, every one you talk to has issues with Technika products. Poor quality. Consumer affairs here I come! I want this dishwasher replaced, has not been given a resolution. No one has even come out.

Worst product ever – New build. Oven tripped fuse on first use. Wrong or broken spindle behind oven knob replaced. Clock now doesn't work. Refused to have any more maintenance and asked for refund or replacement, this was refused. If more maintenance carried out when does warranty start because its been 6 months doing repairs and now if we have a power cut we need to call a technician to restart the clock. Every appliance we installed has failed – Installed a new kitchen in 2017 and decked out all appliances with Technika through our builder. We chose the higher spec items for everything in the Technika range: 2 x digital wall ovens, 1 x convection Microwave, 1x Gas cooktop, 1 x 90cm Rangehood and 1 x top of their range dishwasher. All items installed by electrician and plumber. Within 6… Read more

months the convection microwave failed and was repaired under warranty. Failed again at 14 months and was told it was not covered and paid for repair as labor would not be covered at authorized repairer. Repairer said its a design flaw with where the magnetron is located and issue will keep happening. Completely Failed again at 2 years old, went back to our $80 kmart microwave that is now 10 years old and its still working perfectly. Oven 1 failed at 8 months old and had its full LED display/control panel replaced (never worked properly since). Oven 2 had hinges fail at 3 years old, took forever for the right parts to be supplied and cost over $100. Both ovens now do not hit right temperature consistently and likely will need replacing shortly.

Dishwasher never cleaned dishes well vs the very old Westinghouse it replaced. Dishwasher pump died after 4 years, had an auth repairer look at it and after paying for the service call he recommended we don't repair it as it would be same price as a new dishwasher.

Rangehood has now completely stopped working, sometimes it buzzes and turns on for a few seconds, but completely dead.

Stove has started to have issues with ignition.

Technika is great price point for what it looks like you are getting, but every appliance we have had has failed and cost us more in repairs and replacements than just buying a more solid brand at start.

P.O.S. Bad design – Dishes come out saturated. Even after adjusting the rinse aid as per instructions. Sprayer does not spin if large dinner plates are loaded in. Must be placed in at such an angle that very few plates can be put in. Upper cutlery draw is as good as useless. What a heap of junk. Will be seeking a refund. Will NEVER buy anything else of theirs. It has been well over 5 months and still has not fixed my rangehood. I would NEVER recommend technika to anyone they have the worse customer service, electricians who have no to minimal experience.
