Please be cautious and reconsider before choosing this product – Rating: ⭐️ I am extremely disappointed with the microwave that was included in the developer's package when we purchased our house. After being… Read more

stranded overseas due to the pandemic, we finally returned to Australia and experienced a series of issues with the microwave. It caused a sudden power outage and emitted a terrible odor during regular usage. Moreover, every time we plugged in the microwave, it resulted in a circuit breaker trip, rendering the appliance unusable.

Despite reaching out to customer service for assistance, we received no helpful support whatsoever. It appears that this purchase is a one-time transaction with no provision for after-sales service. This lack of support is deeply frustrating, especially considering that I have not excessively used the microwave since its installation. It functioned perfectly fine on every occasion until this sudden breakdown, leaving us with no post-purchase assistance.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this brand. The lack of post-sales support is unacceptable, and I regret my decision to purchase this microwave as part of the developer's package.

Please be cautious and reconsider before choosing this product.

Same problem as many others. Rusted out draws on a dishwasher only a couple of years old. Absolute health hazard. I trust these are on replacement list as this is a common fault.

Unfortunate circumstances lead to a happy ending – Our old fisher and Paykel cooktop finally kicked the bucket so I spent a good day online researching and found a couple of options I liked at our… Read more

local Good Guys. Unfortunately when I got there, the 3 different types, of well known brand names, were not in stock currently. That left me with the option of waiting for something to come in, or go with this Technika option, a brand I had never heard of. The salesman was quite positive about the brand, stating that they are Australian made although maybe the parts come from China, but what doesn't these days. I take the salesman's advice very lightly as obviously they just want the sale. Although he did manage to get me over the line when he mentioned they have a 5 year warranty, which was well above the 2-3 year warranty of the other leading brands that I was looking at. I decided to give it a go, it was affordable, supported by a large retailer being Good Guys and even if I only get 5 years out of it I would be more than happy with that. I am an electrician so that helped that I didn't have to get anyone to install it for me. And if you did have to pay someone it should be maximum one hours worth of work if the sizing is correct and the bench already cut out. Within an hour I had it installed and up and running. It is all touch control which I like as our old one had control knobs which ended up breaking and they just build up with gunk over the years. It is super easy to control and operate, has a premium look and feel to it despite being in the cheaper end of the market. It is super easy to clean as it is basically just a plane of glass. The controls can also be locked so it will not auto turn on or kids cannot accidentally use it. Have been using it for about a month now, every night, and am very impressed. Will see if it continues to perform but so far I would be happy to give this brand a try on other things also. If I ever have to deal with customer service I will return and update this review as that can be what makes or breaks a quality brand and product.

Brilliantly designed – I cook Chinese a lot, and typically have to use big pans to do it! Having the layout of the Wok burner in the middle suits us perfectly as I can put… Read more

a huge wok on the wok burner and another pot on the big burner and they fit!!! Never could do this on my last cook top Also the top is easy to clean as there are no sharp edges. Nice sloping rises to the burners. Happy customer :)

performance is brilliant using the intensive and heavy cycles.

Inside is simple and the height of the top basket can be adjusted. The side tray on the top basket fits long knives easily and its just a practical solution.

pre-purchased all items during the construction of my new home. Cook top is approx two years old and still looks like new. Lucky I was building and needed new cook wear as it only allows magnetic based cook wear, it’s very sensitive in responding when adjusting controls like cooking on gas very pleased with investing in this cooktop
