is non-existent. They could not offer a replacement for a faulty mesh liner and said to take it back to the store. Pathetic pisspoor service and poor baby products. Give me a second-hand product from a quality brand any day. Take your third-world products and sell them to the people that you hire to answer the phone, not to the people of Australia. This is not a third-world country.

In my opinion this contradicts their warranty statement ( https://i.imgur.com/NLF1kWC.png ). Maybe I'm wrong and this is acceptable quality for Grotime? Who knows? I've returned it for a refund and purchased a Boori Dawn Expandable cot! Baby Bunting were fantastic to deal with! Grotime not so much.
