was actually the only side being used as my husband was unable to sleep on this bed as the mattress was too hot for him. It was actually quite warm but as i was more heat tolerant i was able to continue to sleep on it. I contacted the company about the problems and got no response. I contacted harvey norman and they managed to get the company to rectify the indent in the mattress but not the heat. Now 4 years later, mattress is lumpy and indented in a number of spots and still not and comfortable. As it was such an expensive mattress I haven't been able afford a new one for the bedroom and on many nights have opted for the couch.

lumps and bumps are. I didn’t realise how, over time, this becomes uncomfortable as you get stuck in that position and rolling over etc becomes difficult. On a king bed there was a hump that appeared in between us as we sank into each side. We put up with this for a long time as we paid around $2000 for it back then. Now I have hip arthritis which is causing my legs to be pushed up (as they aren’t as heavy so don’t sink in at the same amount as my hips) and this is causing my hips to ache in the night. I can’t get out of the bed properly now and can barely walk initially to get to the bathroom. I recently went on holidays for 3 weeks and found sleeping on hotel beds, the pain almost went away. Now I am home the pain has returned. I am getting rid of this mistake as a bed now. Purchased too long ago for proof of purchase.
