Simmons Knightsbridge Mattress

Terrible mattress that leaves sleepers hot and uncomfortable – Purchased this mattress for a couple of grand from harvey norman liverpool. Within a couple of months we noticed one side was heavily indented. It was actually the only side being used as my husband was unable to sleep on this bed as the mattress was too hot for him. It was actually quite warm but as i was more heat tolerant i was able to continue to sleep on it. I contacted the company about the problems and got no response. I contacted harvey norman and they managed to get the company to rectify the indent in the mattress but not the heat. Now 4 years later, mattress is lumpy and indented in a number of spots and still not and comfortable. As it was such an expensive mattress I haven't been able afford a new one for the bedroom and on many nights have opted for the couch.
