the 10 year warranty and the working parts only have 1 year. Not good enough for a $500 tap. Will never shop there again. Reece tried to blame the pressure but a plumber had already tested it. Cheap Chinese product.

time as we were about to go away for 2 days. I had to turn the water off and attend to the problem on our return. I ended up buying another 1550 mizu from REECE and replaced asap. I noticed on new mixer that warranty was 7 yrs for this product. Found old receipt from when we we built house 6 years earlier. Took old mixer in with receipt (proof of purchase and date). They said yes warranty should be ok and REECE customer service would call me to discuss. They called me next day and said warranty conditions had only just changed recently and warranty when I purchased the product was only 4 years on the MIZU 1500. I would love to know whether this is correct or not as it seems a bit devious and cunning by REECE. Is mizu just a brand for reece as I don't seem to be able to find a Mizu website. Not a bad tap normally and had no problems for 6 years Would not turn off and no warranty honoured
