Got new dining table and it really fits well on our dining the design is great and happy to purchased this since we just moved in our new apartment.
I’m really happy with them! They look stylish and modern, and the build feels solid. The seats are comfy enough for long dinners, and the color fits perfectly with my dining setup.
We were initially looking for a small “mini” lounge with a left or right L-shape. But when Hannah introduced us to an alternative due to the confined… Read more
nature of our retreat, we selected the (slightly) smaller Long Beach 3-seater sofa - Sienna. By adding the ottoman, we can extend our legs or lay down on either side now, instead of committing to a left or right side L-shape.
In addition, we found a nice Linda accent occasional chair to compliment the look.
Now we just need to hang the TV and we’re done!
Really finishes my Living Space! – I was on the market for something a little different to your regular rectangular coffee table and I scored big time with this. Such an affordable and sturdy product. Easy to keep clean and always wows the visitors.
I paid $3199.00 and $150.00 twice and they wanna charge for handling another $159.00 they are a rip off i hate this company Show details
Leather quality is good - frame and design terrible – Bought 4y ago. The chairs have been a statement after our white wishbone dining chairs (replicas that lasted 8 years!) However, we started to notice… Read more
a few flaws with the design and making of this replica. The back started moving as it’s only hold by single screws on each side. So if you have a heavy person seating for a while, more likely it will start loosing up. One of the screws finally gave way and although we thought it was just something to adjust, we realised that the inside of the back was plywood that broke off around the screw. We have loved these chairs as they are wide and comfortable but I wouldn’t full price for them to last a few years. Leather is good though - hence 2 stars.
Not happy with the material of the coffee table – The kona coffee table chips easily and stains easily. Our table got three chips in the first two months we had it. We put it in our alfresco and… Read more
there are dust stains that don’t come off. Although it looks beautiful, it is not built to last. I contacted customer care and they said that they can’t help.

TLDR; Bought a fancy oak TV unit. Nine months later, a hidden filler pops out like ‘surprise!’ Lounge Lovers blames chemicals. I just dusted it... … Read more
We purchased the Bronte TV Unit from Lounge Lovers. Overall the piece is attractive and well designed. As the timber has aged, the wood has naturally darkened, which we understand is normal for oak, but a filled mark on the top has now become very noticeable as the timber has darkened. The filler appears to match the original lighter colour, and it stands out clearly and unfortunately sits at the centre front of the unit. This was not visible when the unit was delivered in “new” condition. LL sent a technician out to see it, and their report is that "the damage was caused by a reaction to an unknown chemical or liquid, and no manufacturing faults were found". The unit is only nine months old and has been used normally (to hold a TV) — it is dusted regularly and occasionally wiped with a damp cloth. No chemicals have EVER been used on it. We're a retired couple for goodness sake! The suggestion that normal household cleaning has caused this issue is unreasonable. The mark is clearly a filled defect that has become visible as the timber has darkened over time. This strongly suggests a pre-existing repair that has become visible with ageing, rather than damage caused through use. I am so disappointed that responsibility has been put on me without any clear basis. Particularly given that this order has already involved significant inconvenience — we had to reorder a sofa after it was confirmed as a suitable size but could not fit through our entryway, and a Bronte bookcase that was assembled backwards (yes, you read that right) and needed replacement — I honestly would've expected a more constructive response from LL than "chemicals". At this stage, I consider replacement of the TV unit to be the only reasonable resolution and have requested LL review it again. So far all I've received is "so sorry but we're not changing our mind" calls from LLs call centre, and follow up emails saying the same.
