developed a clear fault, and while the recliner is still under the manufacturer’s leather warranty, I was informed by both Synargy and Harvey Norman that the issue would not be fixed.
The fact that Harvey Norman could immediately say Synargy would not honour the warranty shows this is not an isolated case—others have clearly complained about the same problem. Synargy is unwilling to stand by its products or its warranty obligations.
This is not normal wear and tear; it is a manufacturing fault. Yet Synargy continues to produce and sell expensive recliners of poor quality, leaving customers out of pocket and frustrated—and Harvey Norman continues to sell them regardless.
The quality is dreadful, the warranty worthless, and I would not recommend Synargy furniture or Harvey Norman to anyone.
