turning off. Tried to find independant repair company as wanted heater fixed asap. Was told by several that they will not repair Omega Altise as parts they are supplied with are faulty and keep breaking down. Do not buy one. I honestly dont understand why a reputable company would sell them. Im going to put mine in the bin.

as shown in the online information. The unit kept switching itself off after a few minutes operation no matter what temperature or what mode it was in. I never had a chance to see if it was an effective heater because of this problem. I put it through several modes and turned it off/on several times to check. Luckily I am able to get a full refund from the retailer and delivery was free. Not recommended

this model which costs a lot more FOR NOT EXTRA CHARGE. My daughter says it is small and efficient with a thermostat that turns it off when it reaches the set temperature. Heats a small room really well in a short time.

is a bit confusing. Set it at 15 and the thermostat will heat the room to 20 degrees before switching off. Just have to adjust the setting accordingly so no big deal. I'm happy with the value of this unit. It has taken a few bumps too, and nothing has broken.

Update Sept 25 Went back to Retravision who contacted after sales After sales said contact WWA - World Wide Appliances who carry the Warranty After a week WWA contacted me asking for more info After another week they approved my service request After another week they sent out a plumber (Winter is now over) Long story short: Don't buy Omega Altisse
