Cuisinart Kitchenware
Solid non stick fry pan – I enjoy cooking curry and was looking for a sauté style fry pan with lid & preferably non-stick. After hours of researching I decided upon Cuisinart… Read more
30cm pan especially at the sale price of $100 Oct 23 & have used it quite a bit since purchase with the following results. The pan does have a bit of weight so it's not your thin aluminium style pan so your arm will get a little work out. The handles surprisingly don't get hot which is great especially when holding the pan to mixing/stir and of course removing from the heat source. I purchased the 30cm version therefore unlike cast iron pans equal dispersal of heat across the base doesn't happen here , I have heard of heat plates which can assist with this but for now its not a big issue. To-date I'm quite happy with the pan and seem to be of solid construction with quality teflon. However like most non-stick pans time will tell
Disappointing on induction cooker – Was ok on ceramic cooktop but after upgrading to induction am very disappointed. The pan doesn't sit flat and the base is only partially magnetic, so it is slow to warm up and won't get properly hot.
