obvious sag on the sleeping side. This is not what I would expect from a mattress at this age, at this price point, with this level of claimed durability. I contacted the company to begin a warranty claim. Unfortunately, the response I received was extremely disappointing. Because they identified very minor staining from normal life (this has absolutely nothing to do with structural sagging), they are now requiring me to pay out-of-pocket for professional sanitisation prior to them even accepting the mattress for inspection (which I was prepared to do…..until I read on) — and then an additional $176 just to transport the mattress to them to investigate whether the sag is a manufacturing defect. Only if they themselves agree that it is a manufacturing defect would the transport charge be refunded. If they decide it is not, I lose the money. In addition if they find an issue and go ahead and repair it, then I am also liable for the cost of repair. So I am now being asked to pay simply to have them look at a mattress that is failing well within the warranty period. I find this requirement unreasonable and ethically concerning. Sagging in under two years, with minimal use, should not be happening — and shifting the cost / risk / burden of warranty investigation onto the customer is not the level of support I expect from a company in this industry. I am posting this review so other consumers are aware of how warranty handling is being managed. I am still hoping this can be resolved fairly — but at this stage, based on the current response, I cannot recommend this product. I am in the process of escalating this issue to Consumer Affairs and will update this review with the outcome and anything further.

and it was confirmed it was a fault in the matress. The manufacturer, is snooze! But no one will admit it. After telling the sales dude we had a medium. Which was not right for us, we were talked into buying another medium. The rep from the "manufacturer" convinced us to re-spec the matress at our expense of a further $800. 6 months later we are now worse of than before. No sleeping quality. Our matress sagged and they won't accept liability. It has been brought to our attention, by a former employee of snooze, that the profiler machine that they make you sleep on in store to measure your sleeping pattern only measures comfort and NOT support. I welcome anyone to prove me wrong. Phone calls don't get returned. No after sales support. After seeking legal advise, only then did snooze reply saying that our problem was a comfort issue. I can't believe how many reviews are all saying almost the same thing. OMG I thought we were the only ones. I feel your pain people! We went to Forty Winks bought a firmer King coil matress and we couldn't be happier. We wake up refreshed and pain free it does take approx 3 months for your body to get used to your new matress but well worth the wait. What a disgrace snooze. How about you start reading the reviews and stop ripping people off return the damn phone calls. We strongly DO NOT recommend buying anything from snooze as they manufacture their own mattresses.
