They lie that their support teams are available 24/7 weekdays. It is not true, no one answers for hours, not via phone, not via email, not via whatsapp. If they lock out a product you have an open order on, directing users to phone in instead of using the online platform, no one answers. Your money and order are locked with no way to cancel, close, edit, or retrieve your margin. I am almost certain they manipulate market performance to throw your account into a margin call so they can auto close at your loss. They don't pay interest on the available balance where reputable competitors do. IG had Australian-based premium account managers when they entered the market, these appear to be all fired and replaced with part time offshore indian call centre workers. Do not use this platform. Everyone who has had issues with this platform and its service should submit a complaint to AFCA for compensation.
