dead. Even though I could prove with current payslips that I was alive. It took six months to for ME to fix this problem. Then the dealership had the car for nearly two months waiting for Remserv to complete the paperwork etc. even the dealership rang many times on my behalf to try and sort it out. Now today I find out that I am behind in my payments as the finance people did the payments over the incorrect number of months. I won’t be repeating this stress again. They really took the happiness of my first brand new car purchase.

he claimed he can't see anything wrong from his end.

It took 6 months to get solid evidence that he's ripping off me from there. When confronted, he quickly updated my account with all the money he stole and says it was a simple mistake.

I didn't even get the full refund as he claimed some 'special admin fee' for some items which never mentioned anyone.

Avoid this guts like a plague.
