the louvres closed water drops from the edge of the louvres (at a low point) into the gutter. The problem is that these drips create splashes which cause droplets from the edge of the gutter to fall onto the floor below (and also splash people sitting beneath). I had to solve this myself as Stratco wasn't willing or able to help with this issue. 2. It requires lubrication more often than I would like in order not to make a loud noise (and shuddering in the louvres) when being opened/closed.

Post-sales service from Stratco was friendly, but ultimately fruitless.
