says about it when the conversion kit finally arrives. Not happy about this. Told BingLee and still waiting to hear back.The burner grates already have chips on them so can see they are going to get worse over time. Looks OK but is flimsy and not very well made. The legs are not high enough to sit over the top of the gas fitting so now it sits away from the wall until the plumber can advise. May have to build a base that goes over the gas connector, can't have it sitting so far off the back wall. Finally why on earth is the oven so low that its sitting at floor level? Cant comment on how it cooks or cleans because I cant use it yet. So far not very impressed..

Update :The oven was replaced by Beko. Customer service was great, thank you Daisy and Beko. Unfortunately I had to wait a few months for the next shipment though. Whilst waiting we built a base to sit the stove on so the oven wasnt on the floor. The new one arrived and was installed in March. Installation was covered by Beko. We then had to raise all the kitchen benches so the stove wasnt sitting higher than the benches and glad we did, good excuse to upgrade the whole kitchen. The oven looks awesome and works well...no complaints. Updating from 2 stars to 4.

Looks good and cheap on Paper, Beko's one of those brands, just look at the reviews on here – Cooktop was dead from Factory. Now its over 12 months to attempt repairs, request refund etc Customer Service is terrible. 5 Year Warranty - good luck with that. Product never worked so who know if it's any good? Show details

was a part missing. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem. As soon as the oven reaches a temperature from 200 degrees or more, it often stops working and I have had to finish cooking meals in my microwave.
