reply to), they decided it was user's fault, a crack in the drum from a coin in the wash, I stated that surely the machines should cope with a coin as this is a unintentional but common thing, they told me the get 12-15 similar faults every couple of months but still wouldn't admit it a fault in machine, I have had many machines before and never had this issue, they said machines today are not has strong as they used to be, the 5 year warrenty they offer is not worth much, I will never buy their products again

washing machine broke a year in to owning it and was replaced under warranty. Dealing with customer service was terrible. It took nearly a year to sort out properly. Luckily it was still usable during that time. Fast forward to the five-year mark and the door has fallen off completely. The problem is that the auto dose tray leaks and erodes the metal and plastic around the door hinge. I couldn't bring myself to deal with their customer service again so I bought a Bosch and got Appliances Online to take the old Beko away for disposal. On top of the door issue, the usability of the Beko was bad - very fiddly and annoying, to the point where I had to leave instructions for house sitters. It was quite loud and would unbalance very easily. The plastic and parts on my new Bosch are so much sturdier and more durable. I can already tell I'm going to love it. Hopefully it lasts longer and their customer service is better!

months of the purchase the machine broke for the first time and we had to wait about 2 weeks before someone came in to fix the machine, even after several emails and phone calls to Beko. This washing machine broke again on 30th July 2025 and I called Beko requesting repair under extended warranty. Beko subcontracted the repair issue to their agent' on 31st July with a company called 'Courtesy Appliance Service'. I was told by Beko that someone from the agent's office will contact me within 1-2 working days. I waited 4 working days and then rang the 'Courtesy Appliance Service' 3 times and spoke to a gentlemen there. Each time he told me that he will call me back and arrange a technician to come over He never called me back. Yesterday (7th August) I called the Beko's agent again and he said he will call me back within half an hour and confirm the technician to come over. AS usual he didn't call me back.

Since we bought this washing machine, we had several problems and had to reset a few times, through telephone support from Beko. My experience with Beko's service (When a repair is requested) is horrible. I had a different brand of washing/Dryer machine before we bought this Beko brand. That particular brand never had any issues for over 6 years. Based on my experience with Beko, and specially their customer service, I strongly recommend others not to buy Beko machines. In my experience, Beko's appliances are not worth the money and stress one have to go through if the machine breaks down.

40 min cycle taking over 2 1/2 hrsI. I’ve had the repair people out 4 times in the last 6 weeks, last time yesterday and I still have a machine that doesn’t work properly. They have changed the pump filter, front and side electric panels. Told pump filter was black and needed replacing, which shocked me to start with considering its age. Thank god it came with a 5 year warranty because it definitely needed it. As a household of 4, to be without a washing machine for a day or 2 is hard, let alone 6 weeks and who knows how much longer until this is sorted.

Calling tomorrow to get a refund and purchase a machine that actually works and lasts. So disappointed. Avoid buying this machine. I will update this review and let you know how I went with customer service and the outcome
