ready. Upon pressing the link, I was directed to a page that displayed two boxes. One said store pick up - closed, the other - parcel pick up door. I searched on their website and the westfields website for this " parcel door" - couldn't find anything. I called the store - three times - waited and each time was hung up on. I then tried their 1800 number, waited, got a representative who after getting all of my details told me the order was ready to pick up in the store I had organised it from. I replied that was not my question, again, I wished to know where the parcel door was. He said he'd find out for me, kept me waiting, again, then hung up. If this is how Kmart does business, no wonder they're failing. Extremely poor customer service. I'd like to lodge an official complaint.
