sleeping on a high profile one. Got it home and immediately realised it was way too high and double the height of the latex pillows even though it’s a medium. Couldn’t return as Myer don’t do returns on pillows even if not opened, so I decided to give it a go but it gave me awful neck aches due to the height. I think it must be the wrong height pillow put in a ‘medium’ pillow bag/package it’s actually that high and hard like a rock. Also smells bad. Myer would not let me return and refused to check the height was correct. Will be buying a different brand that has a “money back if not satisfied” guarantee from an online retailer next time so I can have some comfort guarantee!
