back without my chin being pushed into my chest. When laying on my side my head sinks into the pillow but conforms into and supports my neck and is soft enough that it does not make my ear sore when I don't move for hours. I am sensitive to smell. I have seen some reviews saying this smells but it has no scent at all and I never washed the included cover before using as it recommended. We bought more while they are on introductory price but I would have paid $200 after having slept on one.
