high with the curve pressing at the base of my skull. Both are like lying on concrete. I have now constant neck aches and headaches. I used to have a concave pillow and i wish i knew the brand which was used for many many years with no issues. I'm sorry to say this pillow gets a big thumbs down from me.

height for side sleepers. The pillow does not give one bit. It gives me a sore ear and my head seems to sit higher than I would expect for a medium height pillow as there is absolutely no sink down benefit. I have been using it for one month now and it is still as hard as ever. Seems more suitable for a back sleeper. Unfortunately I bought two as I wanted to use them for my guest bed. I would not want guests sleeping on these hard and uncomfortable pillows. Very expensive disappointing purchase from Spotlight.
