Comparison Reviews as to which Machine actually makes the Best Coffee & extracts the Oils etc from the Coffee & not having a Bitter Taste. . I have an assortment of different electric Coffee Machines (Pod & Ground Coffee) & the Lebanese small jug type container etc. THE WINNER after all the different ways of making Coffee & Tested by Barista’s is the ‘Humble French Press’. I’m glad I don’t own a $3,000 Coffee Machine (home use). I am a Coffee Nut & get very frustrated when 99% of Cafes, Restaurants etc cannot make a decent cup of Coffee. Barista’s they are not !!!!

paid, I would expect a bit more of a premium steel mesh. It was not clear that I could unscrew the filter to clean it either! But a good looking design. My only concern is how strong the glass is, from my experience, these types of glass things tend to break easily.

spacious and takes boiling water right out of the kettle without any sign of breaking or cracking. After use, I pop the plunger and the jug onto the top rack of my dishwasher and it comes out clean as a whistle. Time will tell if it lives up to the rigours of daily use, but so far, it's doing its job admirably.

outside quickly get hot indicating the double wall does not work. Pouring a cup of coffee is also tricky as it seems that no matter how carefully this is done, a liberal amount dribbles down the outside onto the table. Not a pleasant device to use but it warrants 1 star for good looks.
