BWT PK Swift
On my third one. Kind of does a good job when working. They have a one year warranty which means six months when you consider not used all year. Latest is noisy and not doing the job.

with scratches on it already. After charging it (which takes some time), as soon as the vacuum was positioned downward, the top fell off. The mechanism was not locking in properly. The plastic / material used feels flimsy and not sturdy at all. No wonder it came out of the box broken. Store tried to say it was misused but since the box was not sealed and there was no protective packaging, the item gets damaged and breaks easily before it is even used. I do not recommend buying this product.

quality support by these brands in or out of warranty. Please go back and read my earlier reviews on Maytronics and Hayward. Now I will focus on BWT. After returning the Hayward pool cleaner that failed within a week of purchase, and by the way I never heard back from Hayward I then purchased a BWT F1 pool cleaner. That failed very quickly as well so the pool shop swapped it out for another. Then on January 20 I reached out to BWT support by way of email because they do not have a number to call (warning sign!), because the F1 would no longer connect to the app which means I could no longer adjust the cleaning parameters. I emailed more than once and still no reply. Then around ten days or so ago I let the pool shop know and they spoke with the rep over a week ago and I still have heard nothing from BWT. My recommendation is that with this level of service support even during warranty across allegedly "good" brands steer away because the best bang for your buck will be to purchase from Bunnings.
