New Pool Light – Straight forward change over of the light. Looks and feels like a quality product and being LED it should save some money running it, especially when it gets left on. Awesome.

The Rebel Pentair 2 Tyres fit as advertised. They arrived as per schedule. They are easy to install and operate. They work well cleaning leaves and dirt off the pool floor.

Misleading warranty, poor product durability, high replacement costs – Extremely Disappointed I purchased a Daisy pool cover because it was… Read more

advertised with a 10-Year Warranty, expecting durability and peace of mind. Unfortunately, the cover deteriorated badly within just three years, leaving small pieces of plastic floating in my pool.

When I contacted Daisy with photos and proof of purchase, I was shocked to learn that their “warranty” is not what it seems. Instead of honoring the warranty, they offered a pro-rata replacement that would cost me $340.51, plus extra charges for a refit kit, overcover, and freight—totalling nearly $486 which is more than half the original price!

This is not a warranty; it’s a disguised discount program. Advertising a 10-year warranty but requiring customers to pay more than half the original is misleading.

Pros: None so far Cons: Misleading warranty, poor product durability, high replacement costs
