BWT Apex V100 Aero

Firstly, the box the product comes in is not sealed. The product inside the box is also not protected by any sort of foam and it came out of the box with scratches on it already. After charging it (which takes some time), as soon as the vacuum was positioned downward, the top fell off. The mechanism was not locking in properly. The plastic / material used feels flimsy and not sturdy at all. No wonder it came out of the box broken. Store tried to say it was misused but since the box was not sealed and there was no protective packaging, the item gets damaged and breaks easily before it is even used. I do not recommend buying this product.
