chain in-place of the 12". Both are still performing faultlessly. No need to think about buying one; just do it. BTW; no need to over-prime them. The choke is sufficient most times without priming if used weekly.

The price was excellent (read: cheap).
I love companies that do not advertise much. In my specific case, Homelite delivered what I want and need.
I enjoy using it due to its extremely light weight and easiness of use. Most of other line trimmers are too heavy to carry when one has larger plot of land.
I wish Homelite were still present in Australia.
The only negative comment I might have is that the engine is not strong enough for some type of overgrown grass.
Overall, I am a satisfied customer. I will be sorry when one day it dies and I cannot find spare parts...

last year or so. I have a decent sized yard with rocks, garden borders, difficult areas and bits that seem to grow crazy fast and big and it does it all..... Until it won't start again. Other than that, brilliant

Doesn't start – Don't buy, first use following the directions to start with no joy. Managed to get it started and runs no problem, shut off to change attachments, followed directions for a hot start 6 pulls max as per directions, I'm up to 30. Show details
