Excellent savings and operation – Have had one now for several months and have found it to be excellent. Has saved me heaps on hot water electricity bills. I have now also adjusted… Read more

the time settings on it so that it heats in the middle of the day, for when the peak heat of the day is available (eg drawing heat from the environment), and also so that our solar PV system generates power to cover its use. It seems to be very efficient.

I love the quiet effectiveness of our Midea air conditioner. This little unit keeps the study at a comfortable temperature all year round, and we no… Read more

longer have to heat or cool the whole house to do that. It very quickly brings the room temperature up or down, and you can barely hear it. It's been effective through the depths of winter and peaks of summer. The fan is pretty quiet unless you really turn it up. I like the timer feature, but I would love it if you could set an automatic default to switch off after x minutes though, we often leave the house and forget about it.

We chose the Midea air conditioner based on our installer’s recommendation, and it has exceeded our expectations. We’ve been using it for over a year… Read more

and are very satisfied with both its cooling and heating performance. The unit cools rooms quickly and maintains a comfortable temperature consistently, while the energy efficiency has noticeably helped keep our electricity bills reasonable. One of our favourite features is the app which allows us to turn the AC on or off remotely, set timers, and monitor energy usage. Super convenient for daily use. The cleaning function is another highlight. Cleaning the filter ourselves is quick and hassle-free, making maintenance easy. Overall, the design is sleek, the features are practical, and it delivers reliable performance. We’re very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

hardly noticed a spike in our utility bill as a result of using our Midea, however, will see how this goes in Summer. Can attest it’s reliable and have not had any issues so far. Happy with the performance especially for the price we paid.

The Midea Inverter split system air con is fast to cool the room as well as fast to heat the room. Quiet while operating on either temperature. Easy… Read more

to remove and clean filters as required. Nice soft to touch remote control that has a cradle that can be screwed to the wall to access and find easily for each use. For optimal operation and efficiency temperate can be adjusted to achieve moderate comfort levels not wasting energy with excessive high or low temperatures. A timer can also be set to turn on and off times.

Best rice cooker since cooked rice – I was shopping for an expensive rice cooker that didn't take half of my kitchen counter space. Wanted to keep the cooked rice under 3 cups. Came upon… Read more

this brand. Never heard of it before. Decided to give it a go. Ordered it from an eBay reseller in AU. Definitely smaller rice cooker came with an AU plug, rice measuring cup, steamer for vegetables. I owned a few of the Panasonic brand rice cookers which I thought would be similar to this unit. I cooked one cup of Japanese rice today. Rice was fluffy, & the best part it was cooked under 12 min. Incredible! Fastest rice cooker steamer I ever owned. Definitely give this Chinese brand, model a consideration. 2billion rice people can't go wrong. This model is ideal for 1-2 people. They also have a larger unit for 3-5 people.

hot days and keeps the room comfortable without sudden fluctuations. I also appreciate its energy efficiency; the power bills haven’t spiked, which shows it runs efficiently for long periods. The design is sleek and modern, blending in well with the room rather than standing out as bulky. The quiet operation is another huge plus, especially at night. Features like the sleep mode and remote control make it very convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Genuine review Midea crown heat pump dryer – Edit- Update- so I’ve had this coming up 1 year, it’s amazing, going strong use this regularly, especially in the wet cold seasons that we have been… Read more

experiencing recently, it drys the washing and it dosnt take long at all, I have filled this to a decent capacity and it drys just as fast as what a regular tumble dryer would, there is hardly any moisture left in the air now that it’s cold season I love that it provides some sort of heating, also the smell of clean washing in the air smells so good. End of Edit.

Very easy to use, basically just plug it in and it’s good to go, I’ve opted to use the water container instead of using the pipes due to having this sit in our lounge room for now, first impression very nice modern looking dryer, has so many features, my favourite is the lamp feels so fancy along with many other awesome features, I’ve done 4 medium loads since owning this and I find my clothing come out nice and dry I love that this dryer has built in AI it’ll automatically stop drying clothes when they are dry, id highly recommend this dryer I’m a mum of 2 and the washing gets out of control this dryer definitely meets all our needs. I also had a really great first time experience with trade depot nz their delivery service and communication is quick and sophisticated they went above and beyond providing a live GPS tracker and texting me that my order is outside the delivery person wheeled my dryer up the driveway and placed it in our door way, I opted for this dryer because the spec measurements meet my needs it has a descent energy star rating, it comes with so many features, and its a heat pump dryer that works magnificently with an affordable price, I’m surprised there isn’t much reviews on this dryer I’m honoured to make a genuine review on this dryer and hope it’ll help those make a decision on what best suits them honestly no problems with this dryer I love it

We love the Midea U-shaped AC unit, and find that it stands out for its energy efficiency, quiet operation, and smart app integration, making it… Read more

ideal for homes without central air. Its innovative design allows our window to close while installed, enhancing stability and noise reduction. With a CEER rating of 15, it’s significantly more efficient than standard models and we found it costs under $50/year to run under typical average usage in our home. However, the installation was quite complex and time-consuming, requiring at least two people and careful attention to the manual. The unit’s size and bracket depth (18.5 inches) may pose challenges in tight spaces or near fire escapes.

Pros: Near-silent, energy-saving, app-controlled, cools large areas

Cons: Difficult installation, bulky bracket

Its OK, but I won’t be continuing with it – This came with another Midea purchase (mini dishwasher) and I had just left it in its box until this morning. The jug and filter are of a completely… Read more

different design to others I’m familiar with, though superficially appear the same. I followed the instructions for preparation to the letter, and found that I needed to waste something like 12L of tap water before the filter was ready for use (that is, when no black water still comes out). The process is somewhat more complicated and lengthy than others, but I needed to give it a trial Overall, it took more than an hour to get to the point where there was water ready to drink.

Good points. 1. Great seal around the filter so water does not drop directly into the jug (this is mitigated in Brita and other jugs by having a small collector under the filter and this is why you cant use brita filters instead) 2. Nice electronic timer in the lid 3. Water fill hole has a pop-down lid

Bad points 1. Length of time taken to prepare the filter 2. Replacement required every 8 weeks 3. Cannot find a source of filters to buy, in any case. 4. Water tastes clean, but not much better than my own tap water.

Sadly, I think this will be going to recycling
