Really very happy with this aircon – I was just looking for a well priced split system for my home office and found this. On further research I found out Midea are one of the largest A/C manufacturers in the world. Surprising because I haven't heard of this brand. Looks and performs great and is way quieter than the Mitzubishi we have in the media room.

Unreliable and poor after sales support – Purchased 6years ago and it was $200 cheaper than big name brand but within the 5 year warranty it began to fail and fault codes continued on display. Would not reset and Midea would not support warranty calls . Taken out and replaced with a name brand
