asking whether it was a fresh product or sent from discarded item by mistake and did mention I was leaving for a long holiday. After 2 days I received an email offering a partial refund to keep the item or to return once I am back and I agreed to keep the item for the refund. I didn't hear back from them for next 8 days despite of sending 2 follow up emails so I contacted them over messenger. At first they completely denied saying they didn't receive my email response and when I sent the screenshots of my emails, they asked me to return the item for a refund by completely ignoring the first agreement particularly when they knew I already left for my holidays. I didnt bother to extend the conversation since I understood their business ethics. TBH their products are very average or below average compared to the price (100% made in China) and I really doubt how many of the reviews are authentic or only picked as per "special selection" like many other dishonest online businesses. But ofcourse please rely on your personal experience and not on my review.
