affected by multiple recalls and several manufacturer-related defects. While I understand that recalls can happen, what has made this experience truly frustrating is Nissan Australia's customer service.
On multiple occasions, Nissan was unable to supply the required replacement parts in a reasonable time. Even worse, they sometimes sent the wrong parts, causing further delays and inconvenience. This happened to me more than once, leaving my vehicle unresolved for extended periods.
Owning a new car should provide peace of mind, not constant stress and repeated trips to the dealership. The lack of communication, poor parts management, and ongoing delays have made this a very disappointing ownership experience.
No customer should have to go through such a frustrating and time-consuming process. I expected much better from Nissan Australia.

• 12 November 2025: Our Nissan Juke was booked in for a routine service with no existing issues or concerns. The vehicle was serviced and returned to us the same day. • While driving home immediately after the service, warning messages appeared on the dashboard: o “System Fault” o “Engine Malfunction – Power Reduced – Service Now” • We contacted the dealership straight away and returned the car to Berwick Nissan on the same day. • The dealership was unable to identify or fix the issue. Despite repeated phone calls and visits, we received little to no communication or updates. • After persistent follow-ups, the vehicle was finally returned to us on 19 December 2025. • Unfortunately, the same engine malfunction warnings reappeared again, indicating the issue was not resolved. • The vehicle was returned to the dealership once more on 30 December 2025, where the Service Manager assured us the matter would be handled urgently.
As of today ( 20th Jan,2026 ) , we are still waiting for our vehicle to be repaired and deemed safe to drive.
