Wish I hadn't bought it – I thought I would spend the extra money $239 on a supposedly good steam mop. It is heavy but that wasn't a problem. I found the floors were quite wet… Read more

and took a little longer to dry, still not a big issue. I could see when the sun hit the tiles, they were streaky and as a result didn't look that clean. Within the first month the water tank had cracked and I had to buy a new one $25. This lasted maybe 2 months and had to replace again. All I did was put water in it and one of the descaling sachets in it. Then the screw top on top of the water tank started leaking and the water would pool around the bottom of the steamer. No replacement parts were available for months. In the end I bought a cheaper $120 Black & Decker steam mop and have had no issues. Lucky I can use the pads from the Haan steam mop.

Such a handy mop that does everything we need it for – We haven't had our Haan for long but it has been fantastic for the time we have had it. Some of things we love about this steam mop includes it… Read more

ability to stand on its own when the cord is unfurled, the cord fits perfectly when wrapped up for storage, you can change the tank without having to cool the mop down and it heats up in no time when you hit the turbo button. Perfect when one of our three under three create a legendary mess that needs sterilisation. It also has really easy to change pads, they don't fall off or move and simply peel off when they need to dry out. I'd recommend to anyone.

Sad end to what I thought was a great steam mop – Well sadly I have to stand corrected on my previous glowing review of my Haan ss-A25. 2 years and 6 months after purchase the vibrating function has… Read more

decided to stop working for no reason. Given there is no service available in Brisbane the unit will have to be sent interstate at my cost. Far too expensive to even consider. So off to the dump for this expensive mop. And for me, back to the old bucket and mop routine, which seems to be the most reliable after trying at least 3 different steam mops over the years (all of which didn't perform as expected). Very disappointing given I paid over $300 for the mop and I could have purchased a cheap brand 3 times over from Godfries or Aldi which would have probably lasted just as long.
