you often do not get in other brands of tea, but at the same time is not overpowering. It cleans your palate and leaves no unpleasant aftertaste. It is slightly more expensive that other teas with the same ingredients, but it is definately worth the extra expense. I seriously love this product.
Poor quality product – So disappointed lately with your teabags as they keep ripping near the string and allowing what little leaves there are in the bags to fall into the… Read more
water. I only drink Dilmah however after buying very poor quality l will definitely look at the many other tea that sits on our supermarket shelves. Also l see many complaints have been already written but l have not seen any response apologising for such low standards
A great new Dilmah tea – I ordered some Dilmah Italian Almond tea just to see what it is like. I am delighted with it, and am about to go online to order some more. It is fast becoming my go-to tea, after their Black tea with Lemon.
Will not be buying big name brands of Tea again as they treat there workers as 3rd world people, Poor pay, No clean emenitys, Unsafe working conditions Show details

from teabags - even Twinings or other expensive brands don't do it for me any more in a teabag.
Dilmah Ceylon loose-leaf tea is therefore my everyday tea, and I recommend it for those who like a strong-ish cuppa. Out of the brands I can get at my local shop, it is the best option. I do sometimes have Twinings English or Irish Breakfast just for a change, but come back to Dilmah as it is less expensive and tastes fine to me.
No taste or smell of mint & honey – I am an lover of tea and Dilmah is my tea of choice at least 6 times a day. I was excited when I opened up the sealed packet excited to smell the… Read more
strong Arabian mint but sadly there wasn’t even a hint of a minty smell. I read the box just in case I picked the wrong one but it was right. I proceeded to make a pot waiting for any mint aroma. I poured and tasted to taste a no mint no honey just a strange tasting black tea. No words can describe how I felt as I had also purchased a expensive pot to ‘enjoy’ the tea. I keep trying but still the same. I unfortunately have purchased a number of canisters believing it was to be exception Arabian minty honey in flavour.
I have contacted customer service no response and the product has been removed from the website. Leaves a very bitter taste just as this tea.
