importantly I really wanted it to last. Well the torch itself was OK, nothing amazing but pretty good.
The problem is that after a couple of months it is stopped working, I press the on button, it flashes and does not switch on.
I returned the torch to BCF thinking they would take care of it especially being that it was a recent purchase. The guy on BCF was helpful enough he tried to log in to Ledlenser’s website and recited back to me about their world class support and warranty.
We I have contacted them via their website and have received NOTHING. No reply, no world class support or warranty. I am going to try again, why should I have to. Why make it difficult to receive basic statutory warranty.
Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend this torch or to date the company Ledlenser.

disappointing. I am really disappointed with it and I'm surprised led lesser made it because normally their products are good. Anyway, I don't recommend this head torch. In the photo it might look bright but it's battery life drains quickly and it's not that great.

screen shot on there website they make out its 2500lm for a 250m beam and lasts for 5hrs. The torch really is only 1000lm in high mode that may last for 5 hours. I gave them 2 stars for the mis leading specifications.

were happy with the light beam. But unfortunately the battery compartment is so badly designed and too fiddly, we had trouble opening the side lid to put the battery in and found taking it out was even harder. The thin plastic piece that was attached to the metal clip was so flimsy and a nightmare to hold. In the end we got to use it only once because the flimsy clip part broke off. We had to use a rubber band to keep the battery in place. Very disappointed with the design. A very expensive buy that didn't last long.

7 year warranty not happy at all and I will never buy led lenser again I would have gotten at least 8 touches from them
