So far so good 2 days I did look this up and it tells you that some people get side affects I currently take osmolax at least 4 times a day and it has so much salt in it.I also take psyllium husk powder most days and my diet is mostly vegan.Without osmolax i virtually have no bowel movements.I have seen the Dr and have regularly checkups to ensure there isn’t an underlying cause. I took 3 tablets first night and had a normal bowel movement and the next day also! Side affects so far is welcome ,wind ! I hope it keeps working like this as I haven’t felt normal like this for years.
