1300 Mr Shutters and Blinds

Non existent After sales – 2 years ago I had my outdoor blinds installed. A few months ago, they have stopped working for a few months now. I tried calling their 1300 677488 number tens of times but it never get answered. You don't get response of emails and even the contact us form. I know a few others having same problem with these guys. Highly unprofessional service

has been over a year now. I had also recommended them to another person which they had internal blinds installed and same issue. They do not come back to fix the issue.

Split in one slat – Spent over $15 thousand Omar was friendly at the start but had a problem with 1 slat and he tried to blame us for causing split wouldn't come out to review wouldn't replace he was complete A

Not very good service – Unfortunately I’ve been trying to get in contact with the owner for 5-6 months now so he can fix a security door he installed for us and he has refused to get back to us. in two Roman blinds and I still haven’t heard back from them. This is after installing 4 roller shutters, 4 plantation shutters and 2 security doors with them in 2019. Unfortunately I don’t recommend based on the level of service. Not very professional.

Shocking service – Took weeks of chasing to finally get them to commit to a job. Two days after installation blind stops working. Been chasing them for four months to fix it and owner [name removed] refuses to respond to calls and texts. Do not use them.
