I’ve used this company before and it’s all good if nothing goes wrong but if you have an issue, customer service is abysmal. My Roman blind turned up in the wrong colour. their AI bot says your query is escalated. I ended up waiting 2 HOURS on hold before I got through to an agent. Whilst she was very helpful they are clearly totally understaffed. Blinds Online used to be great but since Tuiss has bought them, customer service has gone down the toilet. Tuiss, hire more customer service people! I’m waiting to see if my replacement blind turns up.

The whole process was simple from the get go. The hardest issue I had was deciding on the type and colour of Blinds I wanted from the extensive range! If anything, the website has too much info! I settled on honeycombed click and fit and that's exactly what they were... click and fit. No tools required and the process was easily completed by myself (65F)! of the blind was covered with the curtain fabric, a nice touch. And it fits the recess well; I made sure I re-checked my measurements several times before ordering. The raising/lowering mechanism is smooth and easy to use so it's not a hindrance to raise the blind every time we need to access the study.

fixings for the vertical blinds on doorway, due to the hebel block and the supplied screws are for basic timber framework. But that’s no drama.
Thank you for such quality products over the years. Packaging has improved since first order a number of years ago. Blinds Online have delivered the goods for three of our houses/office. Will be upgrading our new resudence in coming months. Just have to decide styles & colours. Find the ordering process and customer service easy to deal with. Any issues with order (eg accidentally ordered 2, refunded within 24hrs), or damaged stock (most likely from transportation) has been quickly rectified. Have heard it’s new owners within past year, so hopefully quality & customer service remains high :)
Follow-up · Remote setup is very simple, instructions came with the remote. Delivery was within expected timeframe even to rural area. No screw blinds still holding strong against hebel blocks. So very easy to install.

Really good product – Blinds fitting very accurately, brakets were well designed with easy access for screw driver bit. Had to upsize the wall plugs and supplied screws a little to ensure a secure fit. Good product funtions well. We were very happy and will use blinds on line for any blind in the future. Show reply
Follow-up · Had a little delay at the beginning due to a measurement error, it was quickly fixed and the install went ahead with no problems. Good support from the supplier and the install crew were almost invisible, very friendly guys. Took a couple of hrs to install the blinds and climb around in the roof to run the power etc.

The top-bottom blind was the perfect product for my needs - to let some direct sunlight into my north facing room to warm it in winter whilst protecting electronic equipment on a desk in front of the window from direct sunlight. waiting to be picked up again and no-one has turned up after 2 days. Still no refund. And this is with their 'insurance'. Whatever has been spoken to in the emails is not followed through with - not reliable or trustworthy. Horrible experience - wouldn't ever recommend. once we got ourselves organised it slipped into the space perfectly. The colour of the track matches our windows frames perfectly. It was easy to pair our phones and iPad to the blind controller. The movement is very quiet.
The blind would be five stars but due to the poor installation instructions and that it is really difficult to plug in the provided cable into the USB-C port, it's only four. We can only manage recharging by pulling the blind out a little bit.
Apart from those two things the blind is an absolute winner!

I purchased the Total blockout pleated blind in Frost. The product works exceptionally well at blocking out light coming into the nursery. A few small areas light seeps in, but this could be resolved if I spent a little more time on perfecting the trim, nonetheless, it still keeps the room dark enough not to disrupt sleep. pulling the blind down, I’d be cautious not to overdo with force. The install was super easy, as was the measuring. The only thing was I couldn’t locate clear information as to whether this would fit recessed into my window frame as I had a window winder down the bottom. Fortunately I can confirm it fits well and does not interfere with the winders’ operation. It stated I needed 65mm but the winder reduced that area to 45mm. I took a gamble and it paid off. Highly recommend this product if you don’t want a permanent fixture to the window.
