of the blind was covered with the curtain fabric, a nice touch. And it fits the recess well; I made sure I re-checked my measurements several times before ordering. The raising/lowering mechanism is smooth and easy to use so it's not a hindrance to raise the blind every time we need to access the study.

My pesky dog broke a composite Venetian that we had in place that was estimated to cost $600-$1000 to replace. We found a blind from Tuiss that met our needs, was very reasonably priced and was a beautiful colour. We loved that it was made to measure and arrived when promised. curtain and received an AI generated email to say go and purchase your own durable track. The track is not fit for purpose and accordingly you will be stuck then having to go elsewhere to purchase a track. The curtains themselves are awful quality. They are different lengths from one side to the other, not hemmed properly, and don’t sit properly against the window. There are also marks on the fabric. There are other companies that you can purchase DIY blinds from, which we have previously used and are much better quality. I personally would recommend checking those out. 2k absolutely wasted.

frame, I also believe the sizes to what I provided were adjusted and so there are gaps in the sides. However, my biggest concern is that they do not at all match the colour of the description. When I queried this, I was told the product can vary from the description (nowhere on their website is this specified) and essentially it’s my own fault for not making use of their free sample service. For reference- I ordered ‘ice white’ blinds and they are very much grey- I’ve included a picture. Upon first response to this review, I was sent a sample of the product…? I assume to prove to me that it is of course my fault for not ordering a sample, rather than admitting that the product does not match the description. I’m very disappointed in this purchase and the customer service is more than lacklustre. I would not recommend this product, I will use a different store for the replacements and future projects and would warn any potential shopper to get a sample as their website pics are misleading!

really good with our landlords, blockout blinds .. I'm so glad that I dont have those awful, lace curtains that is in most rental properties. Especially not the nasty tin foil monstrosity that is used to get privacy.

These cutains are just fabulous and affordable. Its means no damage to walls or window sills and the best thing is we get take it when we move on. The measurements are so accurate and when we twist to fit they are sturdy and firm.

I absolutely love them and when I do my own home .. guess where I'm going to get my blinds from? We've actually used this company for drill blinds about 7 years ago, which we still have and be using in the future. The blinds are so professionally done. It was delivered in a good time frame as we live in the North West, WA region.

I have attached some photos. I have 2x bedrooms to do which I will get once I save up for them. It is worth what you pay for. You won't be disappointed.
