have been amazing in the cold weather in keeping the heat in rather than loosing it out through our huge large window s we have defiantly noticed the difference , it’s great to have the security as well now as our windows are low to the ground so we had been worried about people being able to step side easily if they broke in they are also very very old windows . The team on the phone also gave always been courteous and lovely to talk to with one coming 3 months later just to check how they were going and if we were happy with them thanks guys can easily recomend yas all .
Great results love my roller blinds . Keep the house protected from the sun, and rain . I can leave windows open and still get airflow, also feel more secure against burglary. We purchased our first window shutter a few years ago and have LOVED it. It has cooled the kitchen dramatically in summer and keeps the house warmer in winter. We purchased 2 more window shutters in 2025 and they have cooled the house down really well this summer. The shutters seem good quality and I am happy with the colour I chose. I particularly liked having the choice of 3 controllers; I chose the rechargeable option allowing operation of shutters during power outage. on either side of the shutter, just below the box (see picture). This looks very out of place against the coloured shutters. DHE says this is standard however it looks tacky to me. 2.I'm not keen on having the DHE bright green sticker attached to the shutters. While I understand the desire for advertising, I feel the customer should be given a choice to have it or not. Once applied it is not easily removed, and will no doubt deteriorate over time being exposed to the weather, which will further detract from the appearance. 3. Paint seems to be coming off the edge of the bottom roller - I've contacted DHE to address this.

Follow-up · Re - noise reduction - can not comment as this installation took place at the back of my house - very little noise from the neighbors. As far as energy efficiency - I can not comment - the installation took place a few weeks ago - but even so, I cannot imagine energy savings... The shutter blocks the light perfectly.

professional from the initial quotation, the measuring up and then the installation. Beeks, the installer, did a great job. He listened to our wishes in terms of the placement, he was very neet & tidy with the waste/wrapping materials & he ensured that the shutter travelled fully up and down. Once it was installed, Beeks showed us how to use the battery powered remotes & we find that we're preferring the shutters up a bit through the day, then fully down from mid afternoon. It's very reassuring to know that these windows are now unable to be accessed. In fact they really can't be seen. They are a very worthwhile installation.

I was told that it would stop condensation on the inside of the windows over winter, and that perhaps was what enticed me into getting the shutters installed. However, the only negative issue I have with the shutters now that we are well into winter, with our clear nights and heavy morning frosts that I still get condensation on my windows even with the shutters completely in the down position. What I have also noticed is that I am getting condensation on other windows that never had problems with condensation before. It is sad but true! Overall, I am still happy with my shutters, and will enjoy them for years to come especially during summer.

in to paying more than they should have. I have never had to commit to anything I have bought on the spot and I stated this to the sales person. No time to think about the offer. I still think the blinds were over priced. Brayden the installer was efficient and knew what he was doing and his side kick polite. The product is of high quality though.

The staff were courteous, professional and efficient. They arrived on time, installed the shutter, disposed of the waste material and then cleaned the surfaces where they'd worked. Got straight drop blinds put on the alfresco and they’ve completely changed how we use that space. Before it was basically unusable in summer, now we’re out there every afternoon. Manual operation is dead simple and they roll up and down smooth as. Jayden helped us pick the right fabric for the amount of sun we get and it was spot on advice.
