before made and installed etc. prior to this contacted company to explain. They attempted to pressure me to continue even though I said we couldn’t afford it and I wanted it canceled. Went on to say they have been built (what a magic builder so called some within 3 days including the public holiday) don’t think so. I have been charged a so called 10% cancellation fee but woth no reasoning of where the 10% has come from. So they have taken over 500$ of my money that I can’t afford to lose. If it’s was 10% of my original humm loan (2905$) Then it should have o my been 290$ not over 500. I have asked numerous times for a detailed explanation and reasoning behind this only to be ignored. They do not follow up and return contact when promised by admin team. Mention Jiarush and Manager would explain as she didn’t know why I was being charged this. Not happy at all. Difficult enough to get hold of the workers due to office never being occupied. The other thing was the cooling off and cancelation processes was never explained to begin with. I want half my money back you took because this is not right at all.

I was told that it would stop condensation on the inside of the windows over winter, and that perhaps was what enticed me into getting the shutters installed. However, the only negative issue I have with the shutters now that we are well into winter, with our clear nights and heavy morning frosts that I still get condensation on my windows even with the shutters completely in the down position. What I have also noticed is that I am getting condensation on other windows that never had problems with condensation before. It is sad but true! Overall, I am still happy with my shutters, and will enjoy them for years to come especially during summer.

Worst door to door salesman experience I have ever had. Pushy to the point of harrassment and I was expected to answer his reasoning why I politely declined and justify my choice to say no. Felt more like an interrogation when he refused to accept my answer. Left nothing but negative feelings and now wouldn't want to use based on my experience. Show details

and how they could offer me a special “promotion” price. By the end of this quotation dance my quote had reduced to just under $2,000 as long as I was prepared to put their sign out the front of my house for 3 months and wait until 30 other jobs were to be done in my area. The process was exhausting and I was gobsmacked that a company would sell their products like that. If their product is as good as they say it is why would they need to sell it using pressure?

If I could give zero rating I would. Good in theory but useless in weather. Overpriced, poorly installed, fell to pieces twice. Manager was rude, bombastic and bullied me over the phone. Please don’t be another victim, there are better options out there. Show details
