look fantastic — they blend perfectly with the exterior and have noticeably improved both the security and insulation of my home. I’ve already felt a difference in temperature control and noise reduction, which is a huge bonus.

I had purchased 4 bedroom shutters, a large loungeroom shutter and a large kitchen window shutter, all work well, unfortunately, during renovations, one was significantly damaged and needed to be replaced before house sale photos were conducted. Ozshut were quick to respond, and, given the unusual dimensions and fitments location, were able to adapt very well. I will be a return customer should I require shutters again. Show details

I have dealt with Oz Shut on two occasions and have had no problems whatsoever. The whole process from the beginning to installation was easy. I like the security that the shutters provide, plus they keep the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

I went into this experience with one eyebrow firmly raised after reading a few reviews about the sales approach and yes, the door-to-door “sign now or lose the discount” routine does feel a bit snake-oil-salesman meets used car yard. Once signed, things moved fast. I was told the shutters could be turned around in under a week and, surprisingly, that promise was actually delivered. Michelle and the in-house team were efficient, organised, and clearly knew how to get things done. The new shutters look great and do exactly what they’re meant to do.
A special mention must go to Mal, who installed them, genuinely kind, professional, and a rare breed of tradie who cleans up after himself. He moved things out of the way, put them back where they belonged, and left the place tidy. After the last few months of tradies at my home… this alone deserves five stars.
My only real issue came with the OzShutter electrician who disconnected them. The wires were pulled out so enthusiastically that it created an issue for the reconnection not ideal when you’re sitting there with zero security or privacy and being told that shutters might be non-functional for up to 15 days (which, to be fair, they do flag).
Thankfully, OzShutters handled this well. The reconnection fee was credited back without fuss, which I appreciated, and I had my own sparky on site within the hour to get everything working again the same day.
So... would I recommend them? Yes, with eyes open.
Great product that sounds out against their market competitors. Fast turnaround. Just brace yourself for the initial sales pitch… and maybe keep your wallet in a locked drawer until you’ve had a cuppa and a think.

This company did a great job, installed on the arranged day and tidy, clean up after having to drill through brick walls. Did need to have a strap replaced about 2 months later but they were there the next day. Can't fault them for sales, installation, repair and the regular follow up to check everything is working. Follow-up · Shutters are very easy to clean. We just wash them down with a hose. The shutters are very easy to operate and if i want a bit of light coming in during the night i close the shutter all the way down and stop the shutter just before they completely close leaving 3 or 4 slots at the top open. the Quote and before commencing manufacture, a Technician visited to double-check the window and shutter measurements. The actual Installer, Dave, was on time, and proved to be an extremely capable and well organised tradesperson...he also did an excellent job of cleaning up his work areas. In a relatively short time, he had installed the shutters and the operating switches inside the house...we were given a thorough run-thru on their operation. Although there was a short delay before our shutters could be installed, overall, we are really impressed with OzShut's high quality product and the procedures they have in place...from quoting, technical and sales support, through to installation, they have a competent team representing them. There's no doubt, we absolutely made the right choice to have OzShut install our shutters!

the sales person informed me the work would be done and to expect then before 8am my son took the day off work and waited an hour and called and nothing, I text Kevin asking if they were still coming and he simply messaged back responding (Dont know) When I asked him to follow up his response was ( After meeting) No Hi , polite responses at all!
After all paperwork done to then informing me via txt that I need to pay 1k more as one of the rooms must have electric only, to then informing me he has forgot to quote me for another window which also has to be electric. Did not measure correctly and had to have a further 3 people out to measure, quote and confirm if they were able to do the fitment. Calling the company every single day leaving a message that even the receptionist felt bad as I did not get any phone calls To threaten I would go directly to the ACCC and wanted to cancel my order to then have a phone call I have had to get them out to sort out one of the manual windows as they were not working I now have my electric one making a terrible noise NOT TO MENTION the roller shutters are yellow and not grey/white like my exterior. Also one of the manual handles installed on the incorrect side After all everything was just to difficult and hard for them to sort anything out in a timely manner They look just disgusting Did I mention after all of this I have only had them up for 7 months!

with a really competitive price that was in my budget, I booked the installation the next week. The installer came on time, did an amazing job, really quick and clean Installation. The product is great, good quality. I was looking for more privacy and better heat insulation and also an improvement on the sound insulation as the windows face the street, all my expectations where achieved, really happy with the decision of getting OzShut shutters installed. The sale team contacted me after a couple of weeks to make sure I was happy with everything and there where no problems with the product, good customer service.
