We had Mal come do a measure and quote for our brand new house, he walked us through everything thoroughly and used plain english so we could understand what he was saying. Installation was done in under half a day, and the electricians came and hooked all the wires up for us not long after. We are very happy with the final look on the house and it’s added that extra bit of security for our peace of mind. Show reply

have supplied us with high quality roller shutters in our previous 3 properties and continue to do so even now with so many options of colours and materials to choose from, I am very satisfied and would recommend Ozshut in a heartbeat above any other roller shutter company anytime.
Follow-up · Installation was all booked in and completed within 10 days, support we were offered was to adjust and fix one of our shutters when it was not closing properly in our previous property which was done very promptly. Aluminium with insulation was the best.

OzShutters for all my roller shutters round my house, that I purchased over 8 years ago. Now I can sit outside and not worry about the rain or the extreme heat , whilst I sit outside I even claimed a warranty repair and they came out to fix my issue straight away.
Follow-up · The shutters block out all the elements and it creates another small living space, especially blocking out the rain and wind. Its extremely easy to use , just twisting the knobs left or right to open and close

In June 2026, I had a window shutter installed outside my lounge room window. It has enhanced the appearance of my house as well as providing extra security and insulation. 4 blinds installed. 1 had jammed motor and one had crosswind. Shorted one of my wiring circuits. 4 weeks to fix. After weeks of the electrician visiting and testing, the original electrician couldn't find why I had the short. Got another company in and they found a severely stripped wire after 4 hours of testing. The electrician paid for the… Read more
testing and fix by the other electrical contractor. It should be noted that i had 2 extension cords coming in from my carport for the whole time i was without dome power in the house. Weeks later was called by ozshut to ask about my experience and after telling him all I got was a half hearted apology and nothing. He said obviously the manager had called to discuss, but he hadn't. I may finish the rest of my windows in the future but I definitely won't be using ozshut.

I am very disappointed with the service and customer care I received. I was given an estimate date of installation. A week later I called for a date as both my husband and I work full time; I was told that i would receive a call. No call this went on for a while. one at a time after alot of phone calls and no responses from the production team, but the same story began for the electrical work. Needless to say, I won't be using or recommending OsShut to anybody.

Very happy with the process to get the blind installed from start to finish. I had them install blinds on my front windows 10 years ago and my kitchen window a few months ago. and heat in the summer and keeping the heat or cool air in when I either have the heater on in the winter or Air con on in the summer and it has given me extra security when I am away at work as I am a FIFO worker. There is only one I will say about my blinds I hard installed 10 years ago is that I am disappointed in the salesperson didn't suggest getting electric for my front blinds as the windows were quite big and had a lot of problems with the ropes breaking and getting stuck midway when putting them down. I just felt for the size of the window the blinds were too heavy for manual operation, but Oz shut were very responsive to come out and fix every time they stuffed up and broke. I have since upgraded them to electric and has been well worth it.
