Given that I had just moved into a new place with no window coverings, I was also very satisfied with the prompt turnaround time.
Jacob was equally impressive during the installation. He was extremely polite and paid close attention to every detail of the setup. He even took the time to tidy up completely before he left, which I truly appreciated.Thank you both for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience!

installaltion with Laurent it was seamless. Even to the point that there was a slight mark on the loungeroom blind that I had not noticed and Laurent immediately ordered a replacement, which the gents from Mlb quickly replaced! Highly recommend their services and product.

Thank you so much to James the installer. This is the second time James has come to install. The first time was a set of curtains and he personally wasn’t happy with the way the Rod were sitting therefore had a new one made up for me. sets of shutters. Not only was he very easy-going and great to deal with, but very clean, took all the boxes and rubbish with him and was super friendly. Would use the Blind factory over again, especially if we get James the installer back! The Blind factory was really great in holding my order as I wanted to get the windows painted prior to the shutters going on. There wasn’t a problem in holding onto them which was super helpful! Jess and Steve have been amazing from start to finish. Jess assisted with initial quoting and was on time, super friendly and efficient. Follow-up · As mentioned before, the blind was not cheap but robust and professionally made with a lifetime guarantee which speaks volumes. The installers were well versed with the installation process and did a great job. I think the company has a reputation to uphold with so much radio advertising.

Lack of communication, poor quality with ripped fly screen, fly screen not properly attached, poor tension in all fly doors/screen, fly door not fitted correctly, RUDE DEMEANING installer who initially refused to take plastic rubbish away. check measure person, he questioned the non standard window type and unsure on the type of fly screen and how to install. The quote person phoned a few days later to advise a revised quote of an additional $1,800 which I advised I would not pay! Another visit by the install manager for a further check measure. Poor communication, I had to follow up numerous times for an install date. Lack of communication between the quote person, check measure person, manager check measure person and the install person. They were aware of the access, stairs and parking - the fly door would not fit in the lift and the install person complained that he needed to walk up the fire stairs.They did not communicate the type of window to ensure correct fly screen was fitted. The install person was extremely rude. I requested he take the plastic rubbish packaging for the doors , he told me it was in my bin, i told him he needed to take the rubbish, he said it was in the recycling bin as the plastic was recyclable !! I said plastic was NOT RECYCLABLE, he argued that that plastic was recycling and MY responsibility for the rubbish , he reluctantly agreed to take the plastic rubbish. The installer didn't bring a ladder in order to complete the job despite 2.7m fly door!! After install completed realised that the main fly door and kitchen screen was torn, the 2nd fly door screen not secured properly and already coming away, the main fly door not fitted correctly and was not straight, all the fly screens had gaps at the bottom, the fly screens not tensioned properly. Another visit by the install manager who agreed to fix the issues. BUT disputed the gap at the bottom of the fly screen and said MY problem despite their agreement to ensure no gap at the bottom of the fly screen. Scheduled repair today by another install manager. He phoned (after the agreed arrival time) to advise the replacement fly screens had been lost and would need to reschedule AGAIN. Wasted my time to make the arrangement to be at home. Totally unsatisfactory service and product does not meet excepectations.

The installer was efficient and professional, and the whole process was seamless. The blinds themselves are excellent quality and have truly enhanced the look of my bedroom windows. They offer great value for money, and I absolutely love the materials used — they’re stylish, durable, and will be very easy to maintain.
I previously had Venetian blinds, which became increasingly difficult to clean as the years went on. These new blinds are a perfect, low-maintenance solution, and I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade.

Again he arrived promptly and provided great advice and service. Robert the installer communicated prior ensuring he would arrive at a certain time and day and did. Robert is a great individual with loads of experience. He was professional, efficient and quickly went about the installation. Tackled minor issues with finese. Robert is a pleasant and professional gentleman. He provided us with a beautiful finish. The end result was far better than envisaged. The quality of the material and workmanship was outstanding. It has transformed every room. I highly recommend both Andrew and Robert from The Blind Factory and intend to use them again.

I was very satisfied with the final result of my roller blinds and Crimsafe install. The quote and install stages were excellent. I felt the attention to detail at the measurement stage for the Crimsafe could have been improved but ultimately the issue I had with the final product was rectified and I was completely happy with the end result.
