Was all positive from the phone operators, all booked in a time agreed. Was given a slot from 9am-11am. The driver will call you when 30mins away. All good. Could organise time off work. Got the first call at 10.39am. “Cant get to you till 12.30”,… time ticked on. Didn’t arrive till after 1pm.. was there for less then 20 minutes and charged me a… Read more

There are better operators out there… give them a wide berth, and if it’s your only option doing let them charge you a lot..they prey on the deceased estates..

Old Carpet pickup – I called many Rubbish Removal Companies but 1300Rubbish topped the lot. From my very first call I spoke to Kelly, she was very helpful & professional and took good care of my request. There were no hassles, she asked few questions and just gave me a price although I live on the 2nd floor and the lifts were out of order. I did however explain to… Read more · 1
her the nature of my job and it was not a problem. In my mind I was happy to pay more to justify the job. Blake was on time 2pm-4pm and called me on arrival...2.15pm This young man was also professional & enthusiastic and after having a look at my job he fixed a price. I was very happy and I assisted him. I will definitely recommend 1300Rubbish to anyone who wants a rubbish pickup. FIVE STARS*****GREAT SERVICE!!!!
Reliable, efficient, responsible and friendly service! – I had my kitchen cabinets and electrical appliances replaced, therefore ended up with all old kitchen building materials, fixtures and appliances that had to be removed and recycled where possible. Obtained my quote through eWaste website and was very happy with pricing and convenience offered to have electric recyclables and rubbish removed at… Read more
the same time. I have placed a job order over the phone with very friendly staff, who explained everything and confirmed the quote. Rubbish removal truck arrived on time. It was Billy and his colleague, who loaded all heavy items on the truck in no time, were friendly and happy doing their job. Top customer service once again, and definitely true assets to their team. So professional, reliable and efficient from the starting point to the very last point of customer interaction! eWaste also ensures a responsible recycling of all electronic appliances. If I had to remove any rubbish ever again, without any doubt, I would go back to eWaste and 1300RUBBISH, and also I would highly recommend it to whoever needs it. Thank you very much for your help!
Total rip – I contacted this company and at first all was well. However when the driver arrived it was a different story. Was quoted $132 min. for removal, actual price to be given before job. My small bunch of neatly piled green branches was suddenly going to cost a "knock down price" of $700 !!!!! What a joke it was fairly obvious that the driver just was… Read more

I rang 1300 Rubbish to organise a garage clearout. We had over 50yrs worth of 'stuff' stored there. I was lucky enough to be offered an appt for the next day. Paul and Mick let me know when they were nearly here. They cleared half to two thirds of the garage. I had been warned when I rang that They may not have been able to take it all in one… Read more
truck. They worked quickly and efficiently. We were able to have input into what was taken. I'll definitely be rebooking them to clear the rest. Highly recommend their work.

I thought I had already done a review.....but anyway, what I said was that the guys were efficient and friendly and exactly what we needed. I like that there is a chance some bits of what they took might not make it to land fill. That's what atracted me to your company. Show reply
Michelle returned my call very promptly. She was extremely helpful and courteous and was able to give me a price estimate almost immediately. I way very happy that the actual amount I paid was $200 less that first quoted. Show reply

I was very impressed with the whole 1300Rubbish removal process from booking to completion. I was originally contemplating getting a skip bin from another provider, but glad I didn't. 1300Rubbish was a bigger truck and two blokes to do all the heavy lifting at a competitive price. I will definitely use them again for any other rubbish removal. Show reply
The team were fantastic and will be using them again. Very professional, friendly and speedy. Thank you! Show reply
Quick, polite service, we would recommend and will use again. Show reply
The guys came early and were very thorough and helpful, removing the items we no longer needed. They did a sweep of the house first and then checked regularly to ensure they were removing the right items. They also assisted us by putting the new TV on a stand for us and moving a spare bed once they'd removed the one we no longer needed. My only… Read more · 1
concern, and this may be my misunderstanding of the recycling process, but I heard glass breaking when items were put on the truck. I'd assumed that furniture items were repurposed in their entirety but I may be mistaken. If you want your furniture to have a second life with someone else, perhaps op shops may be a better alternative. If you're not fussed about the items you're getting rid of these guys are amazing, quoted fast, were flexible with booking and lifted everything like it weighed no more than a feather.
Arrived on time and did a great job for us, removal and breakdown of furniture and goods from a rental property. We're friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend. Show reply
