what I was up for. Suppose I could’ve smashed the entertainment unit myself to save but too much like hard work! Had great chat with Matt made me feel at ease immediately trusting this business to assist me and enter my home. Collection day, I received a call at 9.19 am when anticipated collection time was 10 am - 12 pm advising ETA around 10 am and they arrived at 10.19 am. Jordan and Jan introduced themselves upon arrival and I felt comfortable with them instantly entering my home. They both took great care and thought to my home when removing my junk. Was a quick efficient easy way to dispose of a 3 seater lounge, 2 matching arm chairs and an entertainment unit. Hey what you pay for and I sure couldn’t have done myself for free council clean up. I was truly pleasantly surprised at how easy this process was. Highly recommend and yes it costs but if you measure you know what you’re up for so no hidden costs at all! They even gave me a fridge magnet with $50 off for future Goodbye Junk removals I may need with no expiry! Never doubt this company you’ll be satisfied with their service.

situation and said there was no issue, but there was access fees incorporated into the quote which they say there isn't any hidden fees. I believe they should change the way they initially interact with clients so everything is layed out on the table, the cost to be broken down so every party is aware of what they are paying for and why. Two small flights of stares for $100 is steep. Especially if you go to a home that has two floors do you charge them for walking up those stairs too or is it just cause I'm a single flat above a shop on a quiet street? I think if someone was in an untoward mood, finding these particulars out on the day of removal could put the removalists at risk and I wouldnt want to be at the brunt of a disgruntled customer in their home if I was them. Regardless, other companies had quoted very similar so it isn't unusually priced. Scott and Co thankyou ever so much and I wish you all the best :)

Have read some horror reviews of other operators but I can highly recommend Goodbye Junk for fair pricing and thoroughly professional operation. Also good to know the company will try to recycle as much as possible to keep unnecessary junk out of landfill. Will definitely use them again.

I didn’t get his name today 08/09/25 - it was a pick up from Holsworthy - He was fantastic. His original quote was still reasonable however I wasn’t able to pay that amount.
