Jim's Skip Bins

Roger from the Curl Curl franchise was amazing with our challenge in Queenscliff - great communication, rapid delivery, good price. He was a lovely friendly fella when he came over, incredibly helpful and just a very nice human. He went out of his way to help us, including coming back another day and picking up some extra garden stuff for free as a favour. Just outstanding !!

Jim’s asked for my mobile and email details and no response, what does this organization do with that information? Disappointing service. No follow up from text and email. It just gave me a forward link to some YouTube clip in regards to not responding back to me in a timely manner.like really. Do not use this company. I have booked a bin through… Read more

another company they responded back within 15 minutes with a good quote and professional service. Goodbye Jim

Very happy with these guys. Dropped the bin off early for us and even picked it up later on the final day which gave us more time to fill the skip. They are the cheapest we could find. Other places were charging $780 for a 6 sq these guys charged heaps less. Thankyou will use again.

Roger answered my call straight away and was there with a skip the next day. He was great to deal with and the whole service was faultless.

Great service and advice from James at a reasonable price.

Lack of interest – Sent online request for quote. Got sms 9/11/24 @ 12:22pm saying Craig will call within 10 minutes. It’s now the 18th and has never called. No longer interested in using his service if he can’t be bothered neither will I!

Never again – Late dropping off bin. Didn’t pick up bin on agreed day. Had to text different operators, leave messages, and called the call centre twice to get any action. Never ever use Jims again.

untrained operators – Hired a bin which was ok they came and picked up and the truck back legs broke my concrete drive way. They didn't want to take bin as they said it was heavy. No weight limit was showing or told to me Sent another truck to pick up which broke more concrete lifting and dropping bin on concrete. I got 3 quotes to fix and they wont give me there… Read more

Roger was a joy to deal with -- responsive, helpful and accommodating. I was unsure about the best size for my job and he worked with me to determine that. In short, it was a great experience from beginning to end.

Meysam was prompt with both delivery and pick. His quote before the job was very thorough and covered all we needed to know about what materials could be collected. In summary excellent service. Would use again.

Avin delivered to me in North Melbourne. He was reliable, clear and helpful. Would recommend.

Everything was as originally discussed with Adnan plus on time delivery and pick up.

Waz was great. Efficient, clear communication, great all-round, very helpful

Gary from Redland Bay was very professional from his first contact to quote on the skip bin hire right through the delivery and pick up of the bin.

Donna from Toowoomba was very prompt in her reply to our quote request and extrememly informative and helpful. We are tendering for work in the area and would be very keen to work with Donna and her team.

Excellent service and he went above and beyond for the job, seeing where the bin could fit in a tricky location, and was lovely to work with.

George went out of his way to accommodate our needs, we were only in town for a couple of days, had limited time, and he went out of his way to help us out. Very friendly and efficient service. Will give him more business in the future.

Scott was very friendly and arrived when he said he would. We were allowed the skip for 7days and called earlier and Scott picked it out he next morning. We were extremely happy with the ease of getting a skip delivered and professional service we received.

Worked with me around every obstacle great service would work with them again

Adnan provided a great service. He was very careful dropping off and picking up the skip so the driveway was nor damaged
