Careful not to fill the skip, or else you may get an extra sizable charge for going over weight. It's in the small print they say. Also... I wish they would take me off their mailing list. I emailed them requesting this but they won't do it, so now I have more junk mail in perpetuity.

IF YOU NEED A SKIP BIN USE THIS BUSINESS!! WHY?? This franchise owner was an absolute fraud. I booked a small skip online, it wouldn’t accept payment, so the operator called me. She took my credit card details supposedly on a secure line and I didn’t know they would store them on their system. credit card. An hour later I get a text from this franchise owner saying oh your bun was very full I had to charge you more. I never authorised it, there was no line on the bin saying where to fill to and in fact I was never told by the operator I could only fill it a certain amount. I text the franchise owner and he was so rude and the operator said he should have asked before charging my card. So many issues, they jelly my card on file without my authority, they never told me I could only fill a certain amount (very deceptive advertising as it was less expensive than other skips but they clearly do this knowing they will then charge you more!) and the owner was so rude. I asked them to refund my card as I never authorized this and got no reply. Do not use this company they are terrible.

Last minute rescue – Desperate for a skip during moving homes we had underestimated the junk we had. We had 12hrs to get everything cleaned and removed or lose the bond. Could not get a skip in time. efficient ( i struggle with internet) . Delivery time set an name of driver as well. . Arrived on time and we were kept updated with notifications.( amazing when your under stress and everything falling apart. You don’t have time to call people) . Delivery guy friendly supportive and empathetic. . Skip on wheels so no damage to drive way and there for could have right next to house. . Held so much stuff. We got the 1000kg so worth it . Land lord turned up morning on leave date we promised that skip would be gone the next morning. . Received confirmation from mobile skip QLD skip picked up on time. .next day landlord approved release of bond.

10/10 no stress rubbish collection. Easy to order, arrived and picked up on time. Friendly and professional service! Bin was perfect size for a general clean up of mostly indoor items. The lock on the bin lids was a nice addition - to prevent sneaky neighbours using it for themselves. The charity bags are also a great way to further recycle and minimise land fill. Show reply

High charges for small bins – Charge for bin hire is extremely excessive compared to other companies so I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. I ordered 4 cubic metre bin which appeared tiny and half the size so you are limited to size of items you can dispose unlike the normal size bin. Bin didn't show up – I booked a bin for first thing in the morning and because it wasn’t going to arrive in the allocated time I requested for a discount as I only have 1 day to do the job but the owner Andrew Maher decided to cancel the job.

Its a skip, ruined by Bunnings – You see a skip on wheels and think - that's convenient. Then you discover its significantly more expensive than a normal skip, and you cant take it back it Bunnings when its full - they have to collect it. Why bother putting it on wheels then! Oh, and what will your rubbish weight? asks chap at the Bunnings Trade Counter? "Are you serious?... i have no idea"... would you say it was more or less than 16 wheely bins worth?

At this point i'll pause. There is a reason you cant buy paint in wheely bins - because its a meaningless measurement. I paid an extra $50 to get a 1T load (rather than the standard 500kg) because there is a penalty of $25 p/100kg if you're overweight.

Service and communication has been good... but at the end of the day i ended up paying an extra $100+ dollars for the convenience of a skip on wheels that spent a day and a half infront of my house once full pending pickup. Wont hire again.

Very happy with the service we received. The skip was dropped off and collected on time, and communication was excellent. The skip was as you'd expect - it had seen some action - but we had no problem unlocking or opening it up. The whole thing was easy and efficient. Matt was friendly and prompt, the big bins with lids on wheels are secure, clean and can go anywhere. We did a big house and garden clean out with the skip driven under our carport into the drive. collection time and working around our schedule, being able to put green waste, clothes, furniture and electronics all on one skip was excellent. Great service, highly recommended.

Initial booking was a bit hit and miss but was sorted quickly, after that, I couldn't recommend them high enough, everything after that was perfect and Brian was extremely efficient and easy to deal with Show reply

The process was extremely convenient being able to pick up the skip bin immediately from Bunnings up the road from me. Nathan was great to deal with in coordination collection of the full skip and managed to be efficient with a tight deadline of other trades needing access. Will def use again in the future Show reply
