Fabulous product and service! Repeat customer – I have been a loyal customer for many years and have been very pleased with the product and service. Ben has taken over the business and is doing a stellar job. He was able to provide solutions for a tricky install for shutters and a stylish idea adding a pelmet to hide our blockout roller blind. Very happy to use this company to finish our bathroom and laundry.

Please return our call and email as we have paid deposit since 8 June 2022 – we just need someone to get back to us the estimated time frame about the blind that we have ordered and paid deposit on 8 June 2022. We have tried to call and email but has no response and we are now almost in Mid August 2022. We don’t want to progress further to customer protection regarding this issue. Worst service ever – We used this company in its previous life as BlindNGood Shutters. We had communicated to [name removed] many times that the product was faulty as the slats kept coming loose. Initially he supplied repair pins which we repaired ourselves but eventually he refused to supply these. Whether it was because the company was reborn as 1800 Shutters or for… Read more

some other reason he began to deny that he had installed the shutters in our home. Of course, we have all the paper work and proof of payment so this was so unrealistic. We are now left with shutters that have the slats just hanging from one side in about 20 of them. It looks like a derelict house and we paid so much money for, as [name removed] promoted, a look that lasts a lifetime. Our only alternative now is to remove them all and throw them away. We suggest you avoid this company if you want your investment to pay off and your home to look nice.
