360 Robot Vacuum and Mop Cleaner

Bought mine in September 2021 and got a battery abnormal a in June 2025 and struggled with their support services. After long debate they suggested a new battery. I bought a new battery and didn't solve the issue and then they turned around and said sorry it's over warranty we can't help. So end of it lifetime span for me was 3 years and 9 months. Ok for a while the 2 repairs and no replacement parts – Have had our S10 for just over a year. There have been numerous issues, slow roll out of fixes. Has been back for a repair when it just stopped working. Buyer beware, you can not get any parts for this without buying a full kit for approx $100. room to room. It's very thorough and a great size for fitting under furniture. We use it on hybrid flooring. Not sure how it goes on carpet but for hard floor it's fantastic. Highly recommend.

so happy with the mopping feature since its just a small sized cloth which easily gets dirty. Another thing is that the battery charge is not much enough but it really performs its job well by intelligently analysing the surfaces before performing its duties by creating pattern. We just allow it on its own knowing that it can overcome the common obstacles like the chairs and carpet. Lastly, I was amazed by the way it performs its task by cleaning in a straight direction back and forth. I can say it’s really a Good value for money.

This is perfect for daily cleaning! – I bought a good camera from the vendor and then tried its S6 robovac . It is another fantastic stuff.
